Elevator not working-Room on the 5th floor Stains on the sheets Smoke detector beeping Called down to front desk about both issues an I was told that there was no one there to fix either issue. I was told that I could get up there and take the battery out myself and that I could come down and get more sheets and change them myself. I was like you’re kidding me right? She asked my room number again and all of a sudden there was someone who would come. So then this person got to the door she tried to hand me the sheets. I was beyond appalled. She ended up changing the sheets with an attitude. Tub was filthy. Random stains everywhere throughout the room. Worst experience ever.

Elevators was out I paid alot for a property that need alot of remodeling...my pull out bed was disgusting and I had to take the kids somewhere else to sleep The soda machines didn't work, ask for water, they didn't have that..I took showers at friends because I didn't want to get in that tub... Decorations for madi gras was pretty

Elevator was unfortunately broken when we arrived but we were on the second floor so not a terrible inconvenience. Our window started to leak after a day of pouring rain but again this wasn't a huge problem and we were given extra towels that kept up with the leak. The staff were friendly, helpful and made check in/out a breeze even over the Christmas holiday. The breakfast served was nice and my kids gobbled it up. Room service was just as friendly and helpful as the front desk staff and extremely efficient. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely book here again. I wish other guests would be as kind and considerate and not leave their trash outside but that's on then and not the hotel to be honest. If you need a hotel that's fairly priced with easy access to the interstate, shopping, and food in a good area then this is the hotel for you.

Had a pleasant stay with my family!

We had to stay here for 2 days because Delta canceled our flights back to NY. It was 10 min from the airport. We are a family of 5 so it suited us in a pinch. Room was clean and spacious. There isn't a pool on the premises. The washing machine qas out of order so we were unable to wash clothes which we needed since we wete forced to extend our stay. Breakfast was just cereal and or a muffin. The site said hot breakfast so that wasnt accurate. I would recommend this place if you're flight got canceled and you needed to be near the airport.

Was very close to family and easy access to freeway and restaurants. Property needs to be updated. Just seems to be falling into disrepair.

A nice and clean place to stay, safe atmosphere with family in mind. Easy to shop and party if you like. Short distance to alot of restaurants. Will recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious but the bathroom had mold around the door and the carpet was moist. My toddlers feet were black from walking without shoes. The staff was polite and location was good.

Our family of 5 stayed one night before boarding our cruise ship. Check-in was efficient. Lobby was nice. Sent the son to get bedding for the pull-out bed and he came back with a weird compilation of items...so I went to the desk and didn't have a problem getting the appropriate items. The sheets were greyed and stained though... the pillows are small and inadequate. All of the chrome in the room was rusty. There were no slip mats in the tub and the drain was broken. We slept fine. (The beds were nice) The breakfast the next morning was fine.

The hotel’s review said 8/10, but this hotel has gone down, tremendously! We stood in front of the receptionist for 3 minutes, without being acknowledged. I had to greet her to get her to say, she’d help us in a few minutes. There was a homeless guy sitting outside the side door. The side door didn’t close all the way, leading to the stairs. The one elevator didn’t work. We had to go to the 4th floor with 2 toddlers. The breakfast used to be great.
