This hotel was located in s great area where my entire family felt safe! Everything was clean and perfect. This was one of the best stays I’ve had in the past 5 years. I will stay here again.

The whole hotel and our suite were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They took great care of us! I love that there was always fresh coffee in the lobby. My kids loved that we could go downstairs to the lobby and make hot chocolate.

Property was amazing. Staff were helpful and easy to get along with. Room was clean..i would definitely stay here again. Whether you by yourself like me or a couple or family it will meet your needs and very convenient. No gym on sight but you can get a free pass to one across the streets from staff at the desk. The breakfast was pretty good and filling.

The staff at this hotel are so kind. Ms. Alicia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I love that they have fans in the rooms. We stayed two nights in a suite and it fit our family of five perfectly. The area can be a little noisy with traffic at night, but I am sure that is true in most places in New Orleans.

We loved everything about this hotel but most important to our family was the convenience, great location, good parking, fantastic housekeeping and front desk folks, and my favorite part was I actually had a comfortable bed which is very rare at hotels. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked clean. Looking forward to coming back soon.

We were going on a family cruise and wanted to experience New Orleans a few days before we set sale. But didn’t want to stay at or pay the French Quarter hotel prices. The Hampton was about a 20 minute drive to the French Quarter’s, not a big deal for us. We arrived very early after a tiring red eye flight and they were able to check us in at 9am. 9am? WOW! And with no extra charge. I have never experienced that in my life. The woman working the front desk was extremely pleasant and nice. The hotel was clean throughout inside and out. Our room was definitely up to the Hampton standard. The outdoor pool was clean and warm. We didn’t get to enjoy the continental breakfast. Overall we were very happy with the hotel, and the location, and would definitely stay again when we come back to visit.

Great location for me since I have family in the nearby area. But as a tourist it is close enough to drive to New Orleans hotspots and not have the hassle of overcrowded hotels and bad parking. This is a safe area and recommend it to visitors.
