Heritage Inn and Suites

Michelle went above and beyond to help my family out with a sensitive matter while we were there.

NOT GOOD, my daughter’s room with her family had bed bugs, they had to move Hotels. My Mother’s room had mold in the bathroom. Will never stay there again.

We chose this hotel because it i close to my family home. This hotel is freshly renovated with a beautiful parking lot to entrance landscape. After entering the facility we were welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff behind the counter. We reported a maintenance issue with the shower, the staff immediately requested repairs and offered another room so that our stay would not be interrupted. Did I mention breakfast. This was our second time staying at this facility and will not be the last.

The hotel was under construction which I was not informed about when booking our over night stay. We booked two rooms and were were put in rooms 102 and 108. - the rooms were incomplete - missing a desk - missing night stand between bed - lamp had no bulb - dirt towel left on shoe rod in bath room . Then to top it off Saturday morning - a full team of construction workers started up at 8 am - hammering, sawing pounding - we had two babies with us and they were woken up - The entire stay was a night mare. We went to get our continental breakfast at 8 am and there was nothing left. If breakfast is till 9 am - I would think food would be replenished until the cut off time ! The hotel had good reviews that’s why I booked it!! I really would appreciate a refund !!

Bed was comfy and slept like a baby.. Michelle at the front desk was amazing..

Was there for local softball tournament. Great location, price, and comfort. Only problem their still renovating so no vending machines. Sucks when ya got kids!!

Very friendly/family like staff. Property in renavation stage. Room that I was in the new beds were too high for me to get in without having to use one of the chairs to stand on. Room had sleeping for but a small table for 2 with 2 chairs. Not comfortable to spend time in room. Hopefully renovations will take care of all this.

Michelle was fantastic. She gave us great service from the start, and she even checked on us during breakfast to make sure we were all set. Hotel is going through renovations, but there was no extra noise or anything. My family and I appreciated Michelle’s efforts. She is an asset to this hotel.

Property was very clean! 1 of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Nice little breakfast. Staff is amazing! Esp. Michelle! We will definitely stay here when we come to visit our daughter & her family!

This hotel is now a “name brand” national chain with “Heritage Inn and Suites” on the sign in MUCH smaller lettering. The hotel was literally on the last day of a complete overhaul and looked very nice despite all of the construction. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was either newly remodeled or just very nice from before. I don’t know, but the bathroom and room were fantastic. The problem with this hotel is that the walls are PAPER thin. The other problem is the clientele that this hotel is attracting. It’s attracting oil field guys (which stands to reason given where it is). Here is the problem with oil field guys: they don’t care what time of day or night it is, they are loud on their phones let every door slam (coming or going). This coupled with the paper thin walls makes for a night or early morning that will have you woken up (multiple times) by some jerk who just has no f’s to give about how much noise they make. This is not a place for light sleepers, families or me (I travel for sales.) I don’t know if it’s fair to give a hotel where everything is done so right 2 stars because of the experience, but the overall experience was so horrible because of the other guests I’m compelled to give an honest assessment.
