Best hotel in Belle chasse I kid you not

Small hotel, Great Character. The women who ran the desk were all friendly and treated all guests like family

First of all it was my pleasure stayng there hospitality was great clean rooms great staff would recommend this hotel I would stay again in the future god bless riverside hotel family awesome place

I stayed three nights in May 2022. Other than a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, it wouldn't have been a bad place to stay, but for a small army of unsupervised children running roughshod over the place all day and past midnight. Seriously. I never saw anything like it. All day long running the halls screaming and slamming doors. I complained to staff, who were very friendly and helpful, and the chaos ended abruptly, only to begin again several hours later. When I was a kid we had things like parents & school. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, the shower was awesome. Oh, I also had to park in the grass behind the building one night when I arrived back at 9:00 PM and the lot was full. I might stay there again, but would probably look to stay elsewhere.

The rooms where really clean! I didn't realize I had booked a smoking room but it worked out and we didn't even smell smoke. We did smell a little funny cigarette in the hallway but didn't bother us in our room. All of the front desk clerks where super super nice and and always greeted you whether coming or going. The breakfast had several items to choose from which was really nice. Each of my family of 5 had a different breakfast. Will definitely stay if we are back in NOLA and I'm sure we will be!

I had to leave the and go stay at another hotel. Because when we walked in the room it smelled just like weed. My family and I couldn’t stay!!! I was pleased with th front desk staff for understanding and giving me a refund.
