Drury Inn & Suites Baton Rouge

Good stay but too loud at night with ball club kids very loud.

We came to swim with my toddler and the pool was closed on a Saturday so we had to move to a new hotel.

This was our first time staying here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. My family enjoyed the outdoor/indoor pool and spa. The evening reception and breakfast feed us well. We will definitely stay again when coming back through.

In the pool area inside and out there were too many children in there. No one possibly could have 10 children with half of them being the same age without being twins it appears all the neighbors came to the pool hotel! I barely could keep up with my child and being sure they were safe in the pool area. The hotel occupancy and it's far exceeded the people that were staying in the rooms. I just can't fathom how many people are allowed to stay in any room, God forbid if there was a fire and if you looked on the registry it would not match the people that were actually staying in this hotel. I happened to look out my rooms window into the parking lot the morning on the day we were to check out, and I saw so many children and one adult waiting in the parking lot. Children were sitting on the curbs some playing the beach ball in the parking (that I had left in the pool area the night before.) I consider this to be a very dangerous situation with cars coming in and out of the parking lot. The group of children were not being taken to a bus out from the parking lot but in individual cars coming and going. i could go on for at least half a day with issues that I saw with Drury Inn on Essen Lane in BR La. The dining room staff was attentive cordial and nice. A note was ln our room that listed the name Kourtney. We did not have our cleaned while we stayed in Drury INN housekeeping Rachel was very kind, cordial, and always had a smile on her face.DOGS in rm next dr BARKING! Unclean

We will never return to this establishment again due to the numerous issues we encountered during our stay. The room's air conditioning and refrigerator were both malfunctioning, making for an uncomfortable and inconvenient experience. The dining area staff were consistently rude and seemed put out by our presence, creating a hostile atmosphere. The food area was filthy, with spills and debris scattered everywhere. Additionally, the pool area was overcrowded, with over 50 people in the pool and trash and food littering the grounds. To make matters worse, the pool was damaged by the unsupervised children, resulting in its closure, and we were unable to use it during our stay. Overall, our experience was disastrous, and we would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice hotel that was very accommodating to our family. The room we booked had an A/C problem so we were moved to a bigger room with no hassle. The free breakfast had a lot of options and all the staff was friendly. We would stay there again!

First time staying at a Drury Inn and won't be our last. Stopped at Drury Inn in Baton Rouge on our way to Texas. Check in was a breeze in part due to the excellent Hotels.com app that confirms the hotel stay in advance. We were surprised to learn about the free snacks and wine, beer and drinks the Drury Inn offers from 5:30 to 7pm which of course, we took advantage of. Last night the food included bbq sliders, mac and cheese, baked beans, hot dogs, etc. As for the accomodations, the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were good. One feature we did not take advantage was the pools. They have indoor and outdoor pools. Obviously it was a hit for children and young adults, all well behaved. Lastly I have to highly recommend the Hotels.com app. I have used this site for several years now and have never encountered any problems. A must have when you are traveling!

Everything was awesome but only one thing the hot tub was not hot and the pool area was surrounded by unsupervised kids also there was a group smoking weed right outside the pool area the security was great at night but I wish someone would have stayed on top of the outside area in the daytime besides that everything was good the food the employees everyone was friendly and kind and the room was extremely clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Drury Inn and Suites. The room was spotless and so comfortable, and we slept like babies in the great bedding! The breakfast was wonderful as well as the afternoon snacks. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

My wife and I stayed on a recent Saturday night. The property is in good condition. The complementary offerings were more then adequate how ever the property was over run with families with small children. Very loud and uncontrollable children!! Our room on first glance was fine. We got a double double and each had a bed to sleep in. Mine was fine comfortable and clean. Hers however was not during the night while I was sleeping she discovered popcorn and crumbs in her bed! I don’t need to tell you what a downer that was!! We don’t eat in bed! She had a horrible nights sleep! I don’t believe we will be staying there again!
