The smoke Detector was pulled by kids under no supervision of adults! Also you need to be informed before you stay about adding on incidental fees last moment! Thank goodness I had an extra credit card for that!! This property is somewhat expensive and the beds and bathroom is not up to par! Renovation are needed!

The property was very noisy, kids screaming consistently, people banging their luggage in the hallway, screaming adults. I checked out a day early due to not being able to sleep. I was met with the staff arguing with me on checking out. I wanted to be checked out at 11:15 which was the time I was leaving and not at 3am. The staff was just rude. Would not recommend as a place you want to stay for business trip or getting away from your home as rest time.

Surprise with checking, but I was informed by front desk ($250.00 incidental charge). Room was clean & comfortable resting. It was a get away from children/grandchildren.The staff was very polite & friendly. Explained incidental will refund after checkout. I have stayed here prior year. Nice stay

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area is very loud people tend to not really watch their children and there is very limited seating. Overall it isn’t a bad property.

Great Place. They're like staying with family. When my Mom was very sick, they even listen to my stories. It helped me a lot.

There were parties going on and a wedding of some sort also . We had booked a room with 2 queen beds & got stuck with 2 full size in a tiny room . We had to push the beds together so that our kids didn’t fall off during the night . There was a blood stain on our sheets that we had to take off . The “ guy manger “ on duty was on the phone for over 30 mins with us trying to check out . Did even say anything nor look up to acknowledge I was there . With having stayed at so many hotels this just wasn’t the best . There was also tons of garbage out in the parking lot & cigarette butts everywhere.

We checked in around 4p & noticed the room was cold so we cranked the heat up. We returned around 10:00 after visiting family and the room was freezing cold and the heater was on 80 but blowing cold air. We asked to be moved & was but the fire alarm cover was off in the new room & there was no battery. We was told because it kept beeping they took the battery out.

We are very disappointed in our stay over the weekend. 1st we were charged a $250 deposit instead of the $100 I had originally been told by hotels.com. 2nd after 30 minutes in the pool my child broke out in hives and I had to take her to get meds. 3. At 330am someone was trying to get into our room and woke both of us and we could not get back to sleep. I am very dissatisfied with this hotel.
