La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville NE/Old Henry Rd

Our stay was great! We arrived in town a day early and was able to check into our room. We didn’t have to change rooms! We had family members come into town 2 days after us with reservations at a different hotel. They were notified just before check in time that their reservations were canceled. The hotel had over booked the staff at the LaWuinta was great and able to get them a room for the night! We will definitely be staying here during our next visit to Louisville!

We stayed there specifically for the pool for my child. We verified it was open before booking 2 nights. Our first day pool was closed for maintenance and unavailable until the day of checkout after we left. Staff was friendly but I gave 2 credit cards. One for the room (work) and one for expenses. I made a hotel purchase, asking them to bill it to my personal card. When I checked out I saw it had been added to the room card. I went back in and asked them to change it. She said she had taken it off and ran it on my personal card and said it would show in 3 business days. It hadn’t changed so I emailed the property and was told they would fix it immediately. A month later the charge has not been removed so I was asked to pay it back to my employer, too. Disappointed.

Great place for an overnight stop or longer if you’re in town for business or visiting family. Safe, secure and clean

Great place for families! Was really clean and staff was all very friendly amd helpful! We were on 1st floor but couldnt hear anyone above us or beside us ehich was great! Would recommend staying here!

My husband and two kids stayed 1 night, the room was clean and spacious. I like that they had enough towels in the room to accommodate the 4 of us. Something about the room also gave us the best sleep we've had in a long time. Breakfast was good lots of options and we enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back

Hotel is 20 minutes from downtown and the university. The hotel has restaurants around it for convenience. Good place to stay for family road trip.

Excellent hotel! Perfect stay for our basketball families. Breakfast was yummy. Paul Mitchell freebies in our room. Very nice linens and decor was very pretty! The bar was an added nice touch.

We loved our experience there & they were very pet friendly. We were staying the night from bring our fury baby home along with our adult husky. It was a spur of the moment trip & early birthday present for our almost 9 year old. The staff was very friendly to her & she loved the pool.

They need to review their rooms and rewrite the descriptions for accessibility. We booked 3 rooms, 2 rooms booked were to be accessible and were chosen based on the room type description in the listing to match the specific needs of our families. 1 was to be wheelchair accessible with roll in shower, shower seat and bathroom grab bars, they received a hearing impaired room with a tub. The other was to have grab bars in bathroom shower and toilet area, received no grab bars in bathroom at all. The front desk was able to put a shower seat in the tub which was helpful but they only had one so the other room was left to struggle with balance while getting ready. The rooms were nice just need relabeling or adding grab bars to shower and toilet areas to match listing would be great.
