Location Nice. Inside our room, Carpet dirty, sofa stained and dirty. Sofa pull out had no cushion,very uncomfortable. Bath room holes, wallpaper coming down, mold in shower,tiles were extremely dirty had to wear flip flops in shower, mold around the door. Pool was closed, reason we booked so kids could swim. Staff needs a training lesson.

Amazing staff and service. Hotel was kept very clean and the staff were so courteous and polite all day every day that my family was there. From the cleaning staff to the manager absolutely mazing people. Highly recommend to others and my family will be back for future stays.

We purposely booked a room here because of the indoor pool and continental breakfast. When we checked in there was no mention the pool was closed. When asked, after reading the sign on the pool entrance, they allowed us to go nearby to a pool, however it was an inconvenience. They said it may open soon however it never did. We also needed to use the pull out bed for kids. The mattress was disgusting and all kinds of crumbs were found under it when we went to make the bed. The room itself is starting to look rundown/worn. Minus the couch it appeared clean however. The heating unit kicked on and off all night and was extremely loud. The sewage system must have also been near by because we could hear water traveling through the pipes. We assumed it was every time someone flushed the toilet because it was too often for it to just be the room above us. The bed was not comfy and combination of all of this may it difficult to get a goods night sleep. The breakfast was mediocre in comparison to others we’ve had at similar stays. The staff was friendly, but no one asked how our stay was at checkout. We had to cancel a night due to needing to leave earlier than expected and the manager I spoke to on the phone prior to our arrival was very helpful. Expedia was less than helpful in that process despite paying the extra fee to be able to change/cancel the reservation. Overall, we were glad we only needed to stay 1 night.

The sofa bed mattress was filthy it amazes me that they are not checked for cleanliness. The sofa-bed was also very uncomfortable, the springs are worn-out. The sofa was very uncomfortable also, i would sit on the hard chairs instead. The pool area is in need of paint and patchwork. The staff was very friendly and provided us with extra towels and sheets without question. Debbie who works in the kitchen was so friendly she even got our God children books to keep them occupied. That is going above and beyond. Thanks Debbie from John, Nancy and kids Aries, Athena and Aphaea.

This is a nice, clean, average hotel. It's in a nice area with easy access to interstate, dining, fast food, etc.... You know what you are getting - clean room, TV, shower, small kitchen, etc... The 'fitness room' is 3 aerobic machines and a set of dumbells and the pool is good for the kids to play in. All in all it's an easy place to recommend & I'd have no problem staying there again. It's not a 5 star - but who needs one?

I am originally from Louisville and returned for a family reunion. Although I would normally stay with family, I wanted to stay closer to where the reunion was being held so I chose the Marriot Residence. I will definitely be staying there again for next years reunion!
