Staff were so friendly and eager to help during a very busy weekend. Rooms were tiny but somewhat updated; we noticed a hint of old stale smoke each time we came into the room and out of the bathroom though. Towels could have used a bit of extra bleach to get out old deep set stains. We had a good sleep though and kids had a great time.

Normally never leave a review but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Got a two queen bed room and one of the rooms had urine it. Went to ask for a different room and they had none available. With two beds for me and the kids. So they cleaned the mattress put out towels down and but 3 sheets and 2 comforters. Would give -stars if I could. Gross…..

The carpet in our room and in the hallways was dingy with stains and dirt. In the bathroom the toilet was at a child's height very difficult for persons with knee problems to use. Our room lacked adequate lighting and the closet consisted of a rod hidden by a curtain. We will never stay at this hotel again and it makes us question the "Hampton Inn Standard" that we could count on in the past. It was a very disappointing stay.

When we first arrived we learned that the pool was closed. Having a pool is part of why we chose a hotel so this was very disappointing to our family. This information was not listed on the website. Our room was tiny and strangely laid out. The free breakfast was sub par. Overall we were disappointed in our stay and glad it was only 1 night. We would not return or recommend this hotel.

I don’t appreciate being charged 50 dollars for my golden receiver since I wasn’t notified in advance and my Golden is not one to make any kind of mess! I’m a Hilton member and have been for 30 or more years! I usually stay at Hampton’s on my leisure trips with my family as well as on my business trips!!
