Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lexington, KY

Great stay, 2 hours from home, traveled for some appointments. Selected this place because it had a pool, a hot breakfast, and a Noon check out. The room was clean, one lamp didnt work, another flickered the whole time so we just left them off. Thats not reay a complaint although I think Housekeeping should regularly check those types of things. Pool is open to midnight which was very nive however we waited until 9pm to go for a swim and it was full of kids jumping, diving, splashing and the pool is very small, only 5 ft deep. Again no fault of the hotel just an issue with guests not following rules. The breakfast was one of the beat Ive had, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, wafflea, and much more. Breakfast ends at 9:30. Upon checking in I got a text saying if we need anything let them know, I didnt test it but it was nice. The next morning we got another text saying we could respond "OUT" when we were leaving and that would be considered a check out, also very nice because I prefer contactless, its just easy. However, this was my only complaint, as stated I selected because of late check out. We would be up late and wanted to have breakfast then sleep a little later before traveling. Housekeeping knocked on our door 3 different times to see when we were leaving, we left about 11:15 because with the frewquent checks from them it was difficult to go back to sleep and of course there wasnt a do not disturb sign.

It was a short stay with are family. It met our needs for our overnight stay going South. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Kids loved the pool!

Staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The room was clean. There were some sketchy people hanging around the hotel property. The room next to us the person was very loud at night (between 11pm-3am) running around the room, slamming drawers, dropping things, and then swinging their door open so hard it hit the wall and slammed shut so loud it woke my whole family up at 3am. Very inconsiderate person.

I've been to several establishments that look nothing like their pictures online. This hotel was lovely. It was welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast offered was wonderful. All the staff was very friendly. My only complaint is that the pool does look bigger in the pictures but it was clean and make the kids happy.

Your staff is wonderful. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was good minus the juice that was watered down. To me the beds were to hard, but that is just my preference. My family all slept great. The outside area was very noise but very well lit

This place was clean and had a nice pool for the kids to swim at.

Too expensive for the quality of hotel. Had to switch rooms due to broken sofa sleeper. Next room none of the lights were working until we could find the cord in the dark to plug the lamp in. Bedroom door kept closing on its own. Tub was sloped and not very clean. Did not want to give my baby a bath in it. Very disappointed. Would not stay at a country inn again. Not worth the price.

Comfortable, safe, and great stay for families! Had a decent pool, fresh cookies at check in, and breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was clean and very nice. The morning breakfast was also very good. My drop in their rating is because the pool room had mold and the pool needed some maintenance. Our kids look forward to the pools at hotels and this was disappointing.
