Our family loves the Hyatt place since there’s 2 queen beds plus a pullout couch sectional. It works for our family of 7:) we also have loved the free breakfast over the years. But honestly, Hyatt places all need a good renovation to feel fresh and up to date. Also, since Covid, the breakfast just isn’t what it used to be. But for the money; it’s still a good value for us.

Great hotel and great price. Restaurants within walking distance. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast is decent.

Bed bugs room 618 7/14/23. Upon showing pic to staff at front desk the concern was taken lightly and we were offered a smaller room below infested room. Um no thanks. We were sent off property at 1am to find another hotel in a full town with my child who had a competition at 8am. We were offered nothing other than a room change at 1am. Very unhappy. Will never stay here.

Room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our visit. Highly disappointed the pool heater was not working, and that we were not advised of this at check in. We picked the Hyatt hotel specifically for a) the location and b) the heated pool (for the 4 kids to swim). Everyone was disappointed the swimming couldn't happen, too cold. Also, the breakfast food was fine, but the dining area was disgusting with trash, plates, napkins, and leftover food stacked everywhere (beyond the overflowing trashcans).

We arrived at 6:30 for a check-in that should have been available at 3:00. There were no rooms ready so we had to leave and come back later after someone texted us that the room was cleaned. If we had to get ready to go somewhere or had kids with us, this would have been a huge problem. As it was, it was 90 degrees and we had our dog so we found a restaurant and sat outside uncomfortably until the room was ready an hour later.

The standard room was much bigger than we expected. We thought it was a suite. The separate area for sitting was very convenient for our toddler during nap time! This will definitely be where we stay when we stay in Lexington.

Terrible stay all around. Arrived at 4:30 and still didn't have any rooms ready, check in starts at 3. Wouldn't give us a time frame for when room would be ready so we didn't know if we should just wait there or go find food or something. Booked a room that sleeps 6 but only had 3 towels in it, asked front desk for more towels and was told they were out. Shower had crappy water pressure and pool was "temporarily" closed all morning following day so the kids didn't get to swim. Just poor service and for the price it looked like there were better options in the area.
