The service was great and the food was good too. Tabitha our waitress was great,cheerful and looked after us like we were her own family. Front desk very helpful and dinners in evening were good and great service. We would stay there again.

I booked through Travelocity and when my client had to change their schedule 36 hours before I was to check-in at the hotel, I called and could not cancel or change my date with the hotel. I was forced into a game of "not it" with the hotel and Travelocity. I tried the last time the morning of my stay and spoke with Richard where he stated that I would need to speak with Robert to see if anything could be done. Hilton and your family of hotels, you can thank Travelocity, there are plenty of other options to choose from. Me and my family, just being us, we will not use either of your companies moving forward.

Spend $200 for a room that had a pool when we booked it for a half way point to let our grandkids swim. Pool was closed Cable tv went in and out Disappointed in Hilton

We arrived late night and was graciously greeted. My toddler was cranky and the lady offered her milk. So it started out great. However when we awoke there was a strong oder of cigarette smoke in our room and all down the hallways. Keep in mind all buildings in Lexington Ky are supposed to be smoke free. We later went to pool to find there was no hot tub like advertised. When we went back to room the house keeping didn't do anything in room. No coffee or towels. We decided to find another hotel nearby after the smoke smell continued . Very disappointing especially since we have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn many times before.

Certainly a good stay for the money. Hotel staff very courteous and friendly. The complementary fruit, however, seemed to dwindle toward the weekend and by Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning was stocked with only a few bruised, browning bananas. Workout room kind of sparse and, again, on the weekends you need to find a staff member to help you enter-something regarding kids on the weekends using the facilities. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms wins out over any detraction!
