Holiday Inn Lexington - Hamburg, an IHG Hotel

Nice, neat, and clean felt at home and the staff went above and beyond for me and my family terrific people and great facility. We will definitely be using this holiday inn for every trip we have to make.

Great pool for toddlers to adults!!

I really like this hotel. Typically we’ve stayed here multiple times but last night’s experience was a little unsettling. We had people in the room next to us that were extremely loud this morning while we were trying to sleep in they were yelling and screaming and kids were jumping on the bed and beating on the walls And staff came beating on the door, telling us it was time to check out 30 minutes before our check out even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. I also went to take a bath once we checked in and it was not cleaned. There were several big pieces of black hair in the tub and in the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed thoroughly. I found cashews in different spots on the floor.

We stay here every year on our way down to Tennessee. We travel with our boat so the parking area is perfect for us to pull into with that. The staff is always very friendly and the facility is always clean. The pool area was great for the kids as well too! My only complaint was that the bathtub was so clogged up only one person could take a shower because it filled up so fast and wouldn't drain. I would look into making sure that tubs and sinks are draining properly. Thanks!

The people I spoke with were wonderfully nice, but the sheets were dirty on one of the beds and the area around the pool left my shoes sticky and gross. The only other issue was housekeeping ignoring the sign we had on the door and knocking repeatedly while my kids were sleeping and waking everyone up.

Upon arrival to our room, we found a phone in the room, which arose a question of cleanliness, and that was confirmed when we found hair in the bathtub and the shower walls. The following day there was no hot water. It was blamed on weather conditions, but surrounding hotels within a few hundred feet had hot water. The front desk staff had no answers for anything, we ended up bathing our kids in cold water and taking cold showers ourselves. Other members of our party also had problems at check in. Over all not the best experience.

We travel from Ohio to Tennessee every summer with our boat and this is the hotel we like to stop at for the night. There is plenty of parking for our truck/boat... we can walk over to Wild Eggs for breakfast... the kids can go swimming in the indoor pool... and then we can be on our way! We plan on staying here again next summer!

The staff were amazingly kind from the time we entered the front door. The hotel itself was lovely and clean. It was quiet and we could all rest which was important to this trip. The swimming pool was also the perfect addition for my kids and it was clean and only allowed very few people at a time to get everyone safe from the current pandemic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
