Overall, it was a good trip. We had no complaints about the room itself but getting into the hotel is a bit difficult as the hotel does not have it's own parking garage and the closest garage was full. I was traveling with my grandchildren so we required a crib. The crib that was delivered didn't even have any type of mattress or padding for a child to sleep on. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.

Besides the customer service (because that was excellent) I feel like everything was extremely overpriced for what it was. The breakfast buffet is similar to any free buffet you get at any other hotel and they charge you $20 to eat it. The pool is not very family friendly, not many seating options, very slippery- witnessed 5 different little kids fall just walking. No hot tub. Rooms were just average for what we paid. Overall, probably will never come here again.

This is our third stay at this hotel while visiting the aquarium and zoo. The kids love the pool and watching the elevators. It is nice that there is dining in the lobby. The staff are all very friendly!

My family and I had a great time! The hotel was extremely clean and family friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Paid more to stay across from stadium to take wife and kids to reds game . Went through travel site to get best deal paid ahead of time to get best price . Not a rich family so this was trying to be r best sort vacation. Took my card when I checked in a charged me again for the room ? As I said not a rice family so two more nights charge to my card put a strain right of the bat on r vacation! Few hours later and got an email that recently had charge to my card . Though staff was nice enough to fix the charge it still took till after vacation to get dropped the rooms were nice enough but not close to a holiday inn express we regularly stay in for half the price and no complete hassle. Like I said staff was nice and fixed problem I truly wish would have been better experience for us all and didn’t have to say anything but exemplary remarks. Mabey your stay will be better but kinda of big mistake on hotels end put damper on rest of trip .

My family (with children ages 2 and 4) had a wonderful time at the hotel. The kids especially loved the pool. Hotel was conveniently located about 7 minutes from the Newport Aquarium. The restaurant staff was exceptional and went above and beyond at dinner and breakfast! I was impressed! This was our second stay at this hotel, we will be back!

We were visiting family locally. Location was convenient. Somewhat challenging going from Street level up to the rooms (required two differing elevators). Room had a nice view of Roebling bridge and Cincinnati skyline. Room could have used more drawers and hooks for storing items.

The best hotel I have stayed at in a long while! Super clean, great pool, beautiful view! We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby with my 2 toddlers and in laws and they had wonderful food. It was a great place to come back to after a long day at the zoo!
