Nice room - 2 bedroom suite. Appreciated being able to have our kids in one room with us. There was a chunk of hair stuck in the shower on the blue tiles. That was gross to shower and then see.

The rooms were a good size. Very clean and had all the expected amenities- glasses, plates, utensils. I do like the Dove products for soap and shower- that gave an above average impression. In addition to typical breakfast was a breakfast pizza that the kids enjoyed. I liked the smaller waffles - i feel thats the right size for kids (less waste).

It was a great trip shared with family. Came for a wedding. Brought my small granddaughters and they loved the elevators and we all enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Wow, breakfast pizza was a hit. Only sad thing, was I left my king sized bamboo pillow. Within the 15 minute span of checking out and realizing it was still in the room, we we back asking for it. No pillow. Sad.

Tub drain was broken, room wasn’t very clean but the 1 bedroom suite layout was nice for traveling with a baby. Bedroom doors had a huge gap above the floor and were really noisy to open when the baby was asleep

We booked the two bedroom suite and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. That was very handy. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice and all the staff were very friendly. We took our small dog. In the rear of this hotel is a side walk that walks along a wooded and park like area that is perfect for our furry family members. I'll stay here again if I'm ever back in the area. The only small issue was that the main elevator was not working, but the building had a rear elevator that was still working, so it didn't really cause any big issues, other than having to walk a few small distance to that spot.

Very friendly staff, the hotel was also a clean, safe and family friendly property. I enjoyed my stay there & would recommend it to any of my family or friends.

We got a two room suite and as I told the lady at the front desk, “I have a problem, . . . everyone in my family loves the suite and no one wants to check out”.

Everything was fine, but i reserved our 2 bedroom suite for family, 5 in particular. 1 sister could not make it. But, they overbooked the 2 bedroom suite on one of our nights and ended up putting us in single rooms. We stayed and we did enjoy our stay, however, i can only suggest that a notification is made as soon as possible that a mistake was made in the reservations and offer options rather than just reassign.

Location was convenient for our trip’s purpose. Hotel feels a bit run down but not totally terrible. It’s things like the bathroom door with sagging hinges, the plumbing in the shower is wiggly on the wall, the sleeper sofa has rips in the upholstery. It was okay, fairly clean. We noted that we were 2 adults, 1 child so we assumed the sofa bed would have sheets on it or available in the suite. Nope. We ended up just letting our kiddo sleep with us because it was easier.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel thanks to the man over the kitchen. His name was Nick. My children all have life threatening food allergies and he went above and beyond and prepared them a safe meal. He did not have to do this but, it meant a lot to us and our children that he did.
