Hyatt Place Bowling Green

The staff here are just amazing and very helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to help you! The only caveat to this location is wholly dependent on when you stay here. My family was awakened several times by people running or thumping down hallways after 12am and someone throwing out trash at 4am. Our room was right above the dumpster area. Besides that everything was great! Rooms are clean and pleasant and breakfast is also great.

Very nice room set up and clean rooms. The location was great for us as well. It was very quiet but the college was not in attendance at the time of our visit. The area was walkable to and felt safe in the location (the college kids were not attendance during our visit though). The pool was not very large and was shaded by trees. Also at the time of our visit they had an event going on at the pool and although the pool was not closed it would have not been appropriate for us to use the pool during this event. That was a disappointment since we look for hotels with outdoor pools.

A comfortable quiet night’s sleep after our 11-hour roadtrip! Rafferty’s Restaurant and Bar less than 10-minutes away for a terrific dinner at reasonable prices! Hotel front desk and wait staff at the bar were kind and courteous. Our only disappointment was that our room television and their lobby bar television couldn’t access CBS for the NCAA basketball tournament. We discovered that NBC was also inaccessible. Hotel staff attempted to fix it to no avail and did share that there was a sports bar about 2 minutes away where they thought that the basketball game would be on. Traveling with our grandchildren (ages 5 & 8) made that option not possible. We were able to stream the game on our phones as the back up plan. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we purposely booked the second stay because of our great experience the first time we were here.

Went to check in at 1am, which was previously coordinated and I was assured someone would be there… waited over 25 minutes, checked in every open employee room and found no one. Called, knocked on doors, and waited at the front desk. Had to leave and find a different hotel at 1:30am with two kids. Completely unprofessional. And haven’t had a call back since. No manager will call me

This place was great! My family and I stayed for one night while driving by and it was extremely clean and the staff was great! I would definitely recommend if you’re planning to stay in the area.

Great location, nice beds, delicious breakfast, and friendly staffs. Good for a family vacation! Will be happy to recommend to friends!

Hotel was very nice, with spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was good. You do have to park in a parking deck right behind the hotel, which was fine for us, but might be an issue for someone traveling alone with little ones. We have a sp. needs daughter, so I was glad to not be alone on this trip. Check-in took way too long, but that was because someone was not happy with their room choice so the rest of us had to wait while they got someone else to check us in. Overall though, a nice hotel, especially if you have business at the college.

My family is traveling from NY to TX, and we were happy to find a room at the Hyatt available this evening. The staff checking us in was incredibly friendly and helped us park our vehicle and trailer for the night. The 24-hour fitness center is clean and bright and went a long ways towards helping us stretch after our 650 mile drive.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Friendly staff at the front desk, clean room, wonderful breakfast. A short stroll to Hilligan's for a drink with fun partying college kids. Three block walk to Anna's Greek Restaurant for a FANTASTIC romantic meal. Great location on the middle of WKU's campus.
