Excellent experience! Immaculate room, very comfortable. Hotel was spotless as well. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back and would certainly recommend you to our friends and family.

A bit of a hitch when checking in. New person on the front desk. He was pleasant and worked out the problem. Good indoor pool grandchildren enjoyed. Room clean. recommend.

This was an absolute nightmare! I was bringing a group of kids into Bowling Green for an AAU basketball tournament. While en route I was notified that the ENTIRE event was cancelled due to a violent altercation on site involving a weapon! I immediately contacted Sleep Inn to cancel my reservation only to be informed that it was past the cutoff time and my credit card would be charged for the entire stay! I contacted Hotels.Com numerous times, it’s impossible to get a live person on the phone. The only options were virtual agent or live chat! Each of which confirmed that although I never set foot on the property I would still be charged for the stay! I again tried to plead my case with the hotel staff because they were local and also were aware of the tournament being canceled! This was no fault of my own but they were just gonna TAKE my money because they can!!! Horrible customer service!!

We stayed here while traveling to Mammoth Cave. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the visitor center. It’s also right across the street from a gas station, which is convenient. Overall, the room was fairly clean - carpet appeared a little dirty. Beds were comfortable, we had plenty of pillows and towels. Lady at the front desk stated that the pool was heated - they water was frigid. Maybe it wasn’t on or she meant the room was extra warm? There’s no hot tub. Free hot breakfast was ok, my son liked the waffles. My major issue was our second morning. We decided to sleep in and skip the breakfast downstairs. At 9am, we heard a knock and then the sound of a keycard trying to open the door. I went to the door and it’s housekeeping trying to get in with a stack of sheets (not the cleaning cart, just sheets). He apologized and stated that he announced that he was entering. I stated that we were sleeping and clarified that checkout was at 11. He said yes, apologized again and left. If we weren’t in the room, or at breakfast, was he going to change the sheets before checkout? I was upset and mentioned this to the front desk at checkout and they stated they would talk to the housekeeping supervisor. As a woman traveling with just my child, I don’t need men or any stranger, attempting to enter my room before checkout. Also, there’s a sign inside the room that states housekeeping won’t be providing services unless requested or on the 3rd day.

The shower doors were not ideal. My family prefers privacy when they’re taking a shower, and they were clear glass. It was very cold outside and when we got to our room, air conditioning was on and it was 57° in our room. The breakfast was less than desirable. The food seemed very processed and packaged, and it had a very bad taste to it.

The bed was the BEST!! Absolutely best bed I’ve ever slept in in a hotel!! The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was super friendly! Will definitely stay again, and recommend to all of my family and friends!!

Very clean and comfortable, recommend. We were their on a family vacation with two kids.
