Distill-Inn

My family and I stayed here to help break up a long drive home. The Inn was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Nice breakfast included.

From the moment I checked in, this place just felt like home. The owners and all the staff are awesome and truly give you the feel of family. They have taken what was probably once a tired hotel and turned it into a really nice place. And for the price, you just can’t miss with this one!

The lady who works the front desk and bar area is so nice. She took care of us like we were family. Everything is very clean. We will be back on our next visit!

Very unique place that we found off the beat. Very clean and staff so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The bar had much to offer and bartender was eager to serve and answer questions. Will stay again when in the area. Friends and family had used the inn a few weeks prior to us and raved about it too.

Even though I had a reservation for a room that had 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, when I arrived and told them I had an additional kid they charged me an additional fee. The room easily sleeps 4+ people, but they charged me for one more kid. Hotel otherwise clean and newer. Pool/spa weren't open either. In hind site they should have provided a discount.

I like that this property has been remodeled and has vinyl flooring in rooms vs. carpeting. The color scheme is on the dark side, but that’s just personal taste. There are no elevators which is a consideration, although they insisted on helping with luggage even though we didn’t require it. Very nice staff. Seems family run. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The staff was amazing and very friendly. I wasnt aware during my booking that distill inn was under construction. I would not have booked this room if i would have known. I have a toddler that is traveling with me and the hotel was not kid friendly at the moment.

We had to find a new place to stay in Bardstown when we head there for family visits. The last time we stayed at the Hampton Inn it clearly was going down in a lot of areas. Found the Distill Inn online and decided to give it a try. Because we have family in town we weren't too concerned about any sort of food service. The room was large and nice and clean, very comfortable bed, good location. Nice staff. Please take this the right way, but we weren't there for a flashy hotel experience, we were there for clean, good location, comfortable beds, safe place. We got all of that.
