Although we enjoyed our stay and had a great time visiting with family, we were disappointed that there was no security in the parking area. Our vehicle was broken into and stuff was stolen. All we were told was a detective could come view the tapes and may be able to see something but probably not.

Breakfast bar was great! It was well worth $10 adult & $5 kids. Eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit,

Beautiful hotel. Super clean, comfortable, and safe. Room was quiet even though our floor had numerous children. Breakfast choices available.

The stay was wonderful, however the pool and the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it. I had to leave because my eyes, throat and nostrils were burning from it. The temperature of the hot tub was amazing it was just the chlorine that was too much for my family

Well everything was really Top Notch except for the breakfast it seems like there should have been more. A lot of people like to see those biscuits and gravy and there wasn't anything like that on there the bacon was very thin I have never seen bacon like that. Most of the hotels breakfast is included so the extra charge for breakfast was very inconvenient especially when you have children with you.

I can tell the hotel is starting to go downhill. There was way too much chlorine in the pool. I didn’t even get in. I didn’t even come prepared to swim, but I couldn’t even sit in there, and my eyes are burning the entire time not a very pleasant experience me and my whole family had to leave. They placed what seemed like six linebackers on top of us, and they were stopping and jumping all night long and into the morning. There’s no continental breakfast. They charge you $300 to stay there and then don’t give you a free breakfast. I just won’t be going back.

Great place to stay was my first trip to Topeka and my family live very close to this area so the recommend this hotel so glad they did was clean and fresh loved the cook to order breakfast and it looked very inviting for the business travelers as there was always a group in the common area having a drink dinner and nice visits with each other. My only complaint is the older short housekeeper she wasn’t a pleasant person at all. But can’t let one bad apple ruin the whole place.

Upon arriving, my husband checked us in the hotel. Nothing was asked about our reservation. We paid extra through booking to have breakfast the next morning. However, when we went down to get breakfast the next morning, we were told it was $10 a person plus if we wanted anything extra than what the $10 covered, it would be more money. I proceeded to let them know we paid for the breakfast when we booked the room. She then said since it was with a third party, they don't recognize that. So, the money we paid to upgrade our room for breakfast was a waste and we didn't even get to eat. So we left. This was disappointing to say the least. The person never tried to satisfy or even help us with the situation. After speaking to Expedia about the whole ordeal and letting them know their booking details for this property is not correctly listed on their website, they proceeded to let me know it was correct and wouldn't change it. BEWARE. If you book let them know upfront upon checking in what or who you booked through. Especially if you are traveling with small kids like my family. Thankfully there were options that early in the morning we could go grab breakfast before heading out on the road again. Also, the rooms are ok. The halls of the hotel smelled like pets and urine. The bathroom in the hotel room only had three towels for a family of four. Overal I would have not picked this hotel if I knew what I know now. I have never had this bad of a review. Normally all are Good!

The hotel has sliding barn style doors on the bathroom. There is no latch or lock, and has an opaque glass panel that provides NO privacy. Our bathroom door was improperly set and did not close all the way, leaving a 3 inch gap right at the toilet. Thank God we didn’t have kids with us. The sound insulation is weak. This hotel was extremely noisy as well.
