Homewood Suites by Hilton Topeka

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The water was hot and had good pressure, the room was SO quiet (no running noises, kids yelling, door slams) and the area was full of options and stores. Breakfast had plenty of options my only flaw if I had to pick one was ice in the OJ and apple juice made it watery and weird. I would stay in this hotel over and over if I could!

Booked and paid weeks in advance, but at check in they said they overbooked and we didn’t have a room. We went back and forth and ended up with a room. There were 3 towels for 6 people, no conditioner, no soap. The toilet paper holder was busted, the bathtub had no stopper so it didn’t hold water. The pool didn’t have towels and had such poor ventilation that my whole family was coughing and eyes and throat burning so bad we had to leave. We asked staff to check the pool. Chlorine was normal but pH was high. The chlorine gas was so bad we couldn’t go back to the pool which was the reason we booked here in the first place. We checked out early and went home. Very unsatisfied as this was a Christmas gift for my four young kids.

The hotel is centrally located to groceries, restaurants, etc. It is nice looking, and well kept outside. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was received was good. Over all it was comfortable and family friendly.

Clean spacious suite everything my family and I needed

Our suite was perfect size for our family and a great location. Lobby was clean and outside was great. Pool and hot tub offered lots of family fun.

This was a layover stop for us on our way home to Utah. It was a great area with lots of shopping and dining choices. The hotel itself is great. Newer property, clean, spacious. The gaming room was a hit with the kids. The workout room was incredible. The pool was spacious, too. Breakfast was delicious. Man, I just don’t have one negative thing to say about this place and if anyone does they are nuts.

Stayed over night with six of our grandchildren. Everything was Great. The kids loved the pool Ann’s game room. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough positive things about the staff here. We are in town adopting our newborn twins, and had to make back and forth multiple trips to the hospital. We had to extend our stay multiple times, my mother had to get access to our hotel room while we were in the hospital unexpectedly to get some things... they've been so helpful in helping us manage this very challenging time in our lives.

We were traveling with uhaul and area felt safe to ease worries about all our valuables in the truck. Very clean, great onsite options if traveling with kids (pool and game room), pet friendly.

Clean, Spacious suites big enough for a family. Quiet location.
