I love the consistency. We try to stay at Hilton properties as much as we can, and at Hampton Inns for many of our full family trips in particular.

I was traveling with my two young grandchildren, my wife and a small dog. I picked this hotel because it had a pool for the kids. Of course it was out of service. I wouldn't have booked this hotel if i knew this.

The location is perfect with many food choices nearby. Breakfast was good as usual. My grandkids love the pool and breakfast. We stay here every time we go to Topeka to visit family.

Nothing really unique - basic Hampton Inn in a convenient location to transportation - that is why there is noise. Interacted with 2 people managing breakfast. -- The first two morning of our stay the person in charge was borderline rude and stopped stocking items at least 30 minutes before the end of the breakfast so that we had almost no hot food available. -- There was a new person the last morning who was very friendly, helpful and who I saw go beyond the necessary to make a family start their day with all they could want

Had a great family reunion here, and the cleanliness, food, pool/hot tub were great. And Rhetta, front desk went above and beyond, outstanding customer service!

My daughter and I stayed one night for a quiet? time away from stress and demands of family life. Very nice. we used the hot tub and she enjoyed the fitness center. We both slept well and ate the great breakfast which either of us had to prepare.

I like the area as I feel safe. I did not appreciate the party going on in the lobby when I came in late to check in. It was loud and then the two men working did not even acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes as they were waiting on kids who did not have money to pay for their items they were buying.
