Check in was quick person at front desk really didn’t communicate anything expect for breakfast in the morning. I asked about the pool hours and was told it was closed for maintenance. The whole reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. We drove over 3 hours to disappoint our children. The pool never opened it was green and very dirty. Our room was the room size we booked but the door security latch was taped and broken. The shower curtain was thin liner not a curtain and had holes. The air conditioner had a terrible smell and so did the elevator. What was supposed to be a fun family get away ended up be frustrating.

Overall staff was okay. Seemed a bit on the lazy side. The pool was dirty and we as a family I think got sick for swimming in it. The breakfast was fine one day and then we had half the options the next (Biscuits but no gravy), Eggs but no bacon, milk but no cereal. The orange juice was nasty and not orange juice. The rooms were very nice and clean. The area was very nice and safe. Overall just disappointed in the pool being dirty and breakfast not meeting expectations which weren’t set high.

Overall its an ok hotel. The people are more than friendly especially the gentleman who works the breakfast area. My grandson was having a meltdown because he wanted oatmeal and he made him a bowl of oatmeal. Thanks! I don't like the way our suite was set up- the tv was in the way if the kids wanted to go the bathroom once the sleeper bed was pulled out. Also the panels on the back of the desk rattle every time someone walks by them.

Daytime front desk worker (man, sharp-dresser) was excellent. Night/early AM worker (large man) was TERRIBLE and RUDE!! Daytime guy was helpful, accommodating, and always nice. Best front desk person we’ve ever had anywhere! We had to get up and leave by 5:20a on Sunday after our 2-night stay. Night/early AM guy wouldn’t let me have fresh coffee or breakfast bags for my family because they weren’t supposed to go out until 7am…even though bags were ready and sitting there and he was carrying the coffee! We stayed 2 nights and couldn’t even get a fresh cup of coffee/breakfast on our way out of town because we left too early on Sunday AM! RUDE!!!! Also, free continental breakfast should include more than a muffin and fruit cup.

The staff, front desk, housekeeping etc. Were always so polite and nice. The hotel was very clean and in good shape. Even the kids commented how clean it was compared to most hotel rooms. Room size was good. Breakfast was your typical breakfast fare with strawberries and blueberries for the waffles. The staff always kept the area stocked and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
