These are not queen beds but a long shot. Full at biggest. There was no breakfast, no indoor pool which are a must for families with children. The elevators are in a super inconvenient location, you have to walk half way down the hallway of the first floor.

This hotel is not at all what it claims to be. There was no eatery/bar. It was closed the entire time we stayed there. There was no pool, it is cemented in. This was very disappointing to the kids. The hotel is under major construction, which there is no mention of in the website. The exterior of the hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website.

The floors were nasty and I paid for breakfast for my family but they said they could not find me for breakfast and my family never got to eat.

View outside my window was not the best. The staff and family that were there were friendly . The room was cozy and bed was amazing

I had a quick trip to see family - the hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. While all were very gracious and worked hard for us (we ended up with a 11 person gathering in the lobby lounge for a holiday gift exchange. The hotel staff accommodated us well and were very friendly. And Natasha at the front desk went out of her way during the below zero cold to assure we were comfortable and safe.

The food and drinks at The Bistro was excellent! The room we stayed in as the balcony facing the courtyard which was really nice. We will definitely stay here again with our kids.

Sounds good online with pictures but the actual rooms are not the same not worth the money spent. And kids running up and down halls late at night so didn’t get to much rest.
