The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Nice variety and was also well stocked. The kids loved the pool, it was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was well supplied and had everything we needed. the only negative was we needed the pull out bed for the kids to sleep, and there was not any sheets, covers or pillows for it, but the staff was quick to supply them.

They didn't have the original room we booked but contacted us a few hours before check in to let us know. They gave us options and a free room to be able to accommodate our family. They were more than helpful!

The hotel overbooked and cancelled my reservation, leaving me without any place to stay. I was notified only one hour before checkin and so I didn’t have time to find another hotel. I was in town for a baby shower and ended up driving 3.5 hrs home after the shower. Terrible experience and Orbitz customer service was no help.

Our stay was comfortable and nice. The hotel is clean and the staffs were friendly. The pool and exercise room were well maintain. We like the many seating areas in the lobby. We will definitely stay again when traveling with our kids.

Location was great, room was very comfortable and we appreciated having the kitchen. The breakfast was fine, parking was abundant and the noise level was low (even though we knew there were several groups of kids staying there). The in-room safe did not work and we were not told at the time of check-in that having the room cleaned needed to be scheduled in advance, so our room was not cleaned the entire time we were there (3 nights).
