Really nice hotel! We enjoyed out stay. Only downside was the small pool - We travel with kids who like to swim and I like to swim laps

The biggest problem my family had was that we arrived to the hotel and was told they over booked and they would give us our money back and told us to find a room somewhere else. We were then told that we could not get money from them because we ordered through Expedia and we needed to contact Expedia. The management felt that telling us to basically go on our way without any compensation or attempt to rectify the problem. Actually, the manager refused to come out and talk to us about the situation. When the desk help returned, they had a lower priced room available. However when we checked out, the manager was need to tell me the exact price of my room. Apparently I will be contacted in a couple days. I’ve never had such a situation when traveling. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Our room was large, very comfortable and very clean. The staff was congenial and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The fruit covered pancakes were excellent. The hotel and great park g facilities. This is a perfect venue for families with children, and other travelers seeking similar amenities.

Hotel is extremely clean and welcoming. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean and great for kids. Room was nice with plenty of room. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice newer property. Good amenities and above average breakfast for this type property. Plenty of gathering space in the lobby area for groups or families to visit/bring snacks.

I would like to rate higher but the out of control crowd was intolerable. I understand the hotel can't regulate how many sports teams book, but they could take into consideration applying adult hours to the gym and pool area. The hot tub was full of small kids with floating devices and the pool was way over crowded with small children also. Our room was ok, other than the toilet had a small leak around the floor that we had to put towels down to absorb. Breakfast was very good, and the area was clean.

Our stay was the best overnight road trip stop we have ever had. After a long day of travel with two small children, Michael made us feel at home and welcome. Extremely clean and comfortable room and a delicious breakfast.

This hotel was excellent. I would stay again and recommend it to people as well. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the pool was nice and warm for the kids to play in. The hotel is located super close to so many stores and restaurants. I will say, parking was a bit of an issue as we got there late and had to drive around a few times to find a parking spot at the hotel. Still, I would choose this hotel again for future stays in the WDM area.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at an Element Hotel. It was incredibly noisy. There were children everywhere, most of whom were unattended, and children and adults were screaming and talking loudly, stomping, and running up and down the halls all night. The cleaning service also decided it was appropriate to begin vacuuming the hallways at 9:30 pm, which lasted until around 10 pm. I am incredibly unimpressed with this stay, as the Element is usually our preferred destination.
