The front desk staff was very helpful. Our kids came to visit and they made everyone feel welcome.

There were two ball teams, both middle school age. We heard loud voices all night both nights and running up and down the halls. Three boys on our floor were playing in the ice maker. This went on until midnight because the parents were outside partying while the kids were inside rooms. We asked the front desk and were told “sorry, we can’t do much with these ball teams but thanks for being patient”. Won’t be staying there again during ball season for sure.

Great place to stay, booked last minute on a very busy weekend. Brought kids and dogs and everyone had enough room. Kids loved the pool, good size to swim around. Check in woman, sorry didnt get a name, went out of her way to find a needle yo fix up a swimsuit issue. You rock!

Overnight front desk lady, called me late at night to stop doing whatever I was doing because it was disturbing neighbors underneath me. We are a family of 4 ppl. The only thing my kid was doing is walking around. The tv was not too loud. I asked to be more specific. She threatened me that if I do not stop doing what I am doing she will kick me out… I was so speechless I have stayed in hotels tons of times and never had this issue before. I guess it was the fault of the hotel for not sound proofing the rooms, but the front desk lady so rude. This hotel the worst of all

Really great hotel. Located a short distance away from town just off the interstate. Staff was very friendly; offered upgraded room upon arrival for no extra charge (saved $10). Pool water was slightly chilly and hot tub was under maintenance during our one-night stay, but wasn't a big deal for my family. Would most definitely stay here again.

This hotel was excellent! The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly, which we appreciate! The room was clean, good-sized and comfortable. The pool was perfect for our family. Breakfast included many delicious options! We will definitely be staying here again.

We found this hotel last year when we made a weekend trip to Adventureland, etc. I rented a junior suite both times (believe that is what it is called) with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a chair. The room is huge and was perfect for all 6 of us. Plenty of room to not feel like we were on top of each other. Great layout. The hotel is nice and clean and still like new. They offered a fabulous breakfast as well with many choices. It was the perfect location for what we were needing. The front desk was very nice and helpful and the hotel just overall was awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice hotel. It was less than 5 miles to Adventureland and close to almost anything you'd need.
