Website isn’t specific on how many guest (kids included) per room. Hotel made us change rooms, and charged us more for kids 1 month-2years of age. Carpet was sticky next to bed, didn’t provide bedding for pullout sofa bed, sink was discolored, housekeeping would shut off our AC during the day, wasn’t happy with our overall stay. The owners of property were nice when we had to interact with them, just wish the beautiful hotel was cleaner and more family friendly.

The front desk person told us there's no elevator. We had a senior and a baby. We had a baby stroller We just couldn't carry the baby and luggage and the stroller down stairs. The front desk person told us although there was no elevator It was not his job to help take luggages and stroller down the stairs when we asked help. We struggled to get the baby and stroller down in front of the staff members. They pretended they didn't see us and offered no help. Terrible place for seniors, people with children or people with disabilities.

This is one of the strangest locations for a hotel I have ever seen. It is nestled in a residential neighborhood but next to a golf course, though the relationship to the course is not clear. I feel bad for the local residents, who must endure parking lot traffic and noise. The lighting and amenities in the rooms are poor. Lousy towels, dirt cheap body wash (bring your own), and dim lighting. The lobby was HOT and yet the manager/owner opted to open windows and doors rather than turning on the AC. The complimentary breakfast included a selection of Twinkies (not kidding). The pattern is that the owners lower their costs by saving money on things that are very noticeable to guests. Try getting ready for a wedding in one of their dark rooms....There are a number of better alternatives in the area and I would recommend trying them over hoping for improvements to this property.

liked how close it was to the golf course, I took a road trip to play golf with my grandkids and friends and the Qube over looked the 17th and 18 holes could almost walk to the club house

Very quiet and small hotel. We were in town for a family Thanksgiving and it was only about 15 minutes from their house. Only thing is i am not sure they are use to kids, especially under 4, we had a decent size group of little boys. Otherwise it was fantastic. Would stay again for sure!

So when we checked the lady at the front desk was very rude! Language barrier was a problem. We put a sign on the door to have room cleaned never happened! Had 4 people in room and was only given 2 big towels! Asked for more told no, i found a maids cart in hallway and took some off of it. On Sunday before we left was in the shower and the water shut off. The whole building lost water. The couple running the place had no idea what to do. They called the fire department! Not sure what ever came of it. Luckily i had some bottles of water in room to try and rinse my hair out. The Breakfast was a a joke. Few danish out and juice and coffee. When we left on Sunday around 10 they hadn't put anything out and guest were complaining! The building and rooms were very clean and comfortable just had a bad experience. Also needs to be posted that there is no elevator. An older couple checked in and couldn't walk up stairs very well refused to put them in a room on first floor and never offered to help them get there luggage upstairs so our family helped them out!

It was a decent hotel with spacious rooms. What turned me off initially was the owners/operators calling me before I arrived telling me my card wouldn't authorized for the entire stay. Umm, its locked, ill present payment upon check-in. Also, the workers argue with guests over things like towels, kids in public spaces, and not having change for the washer & dryer. The property is small and probably doesn't sell out often but my family and I were there for the AAU JR Olympics and a large tourist influx should have been expected for the week. The breakfast was continental and nothing to call home about. What got me though, is how after my initial review of the check-in, they called me. Not to apologize or see how to make things right but to kinda force me to give them a good review. I must admit that after that conversation, they were very attentive to me and my needs I'll give it 4 stars and suggest bedside manner training and being in touch with what happening in the surrounding area.

The staff was very willing to help, made some of their great food for us, very freindly and their kids were a hit. The coffee and juices were good, but breakfast not so good.

This location is great because it is close to my kids. They say that breakfast is included, but we always have to go elsewhere for breakfast. They have one waffle maker and cold cereal. The cereal I got was marked Frosted Flakes. It mostly was, but mixed in was Captain Crunch. In the bread display box, they just have packaged Little Debbie treats.

We had booked this hotel to spend time with family for Christmas. Due to the weather the 35 between MN and Iowa were shut down and travel was not recommending by the DOT. We made the painful decision to not risk traveling. We called 29 hours in advance but they wound not cancel the reservations. I contacted hotels.com who also tried calling them to get a courtesy cancelation and they refused.
