We had a nice room with two comfortable queen beds. I had three children with me and selected this hotel as it looked nice and had good reviews, however the pool did not meet my expectations. It was very small and not updated recently. It started at 3 ft. deep and ended at 4.6 feet. With about 7 kids playing it did lot leave a lot of room for playing in the water. Disappointing and expensive Ted more as the room was not cheap.

The hotel was fine, overall but a bit pricey for “what you get.” There were several long strands of black hair on the bathroom floor, which makes one wonder about cleanliness. The view of the HVAC was disappointing. The hotel was fine and close to family so convenient

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful, the rooms were large, nice for big families, but the shower was horrible. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, but the shower head was bad, with a trickle of water. Not even enough water to keep you warm as you shower.

The desk clerk was rude and not helpful at all! The room on the second night was not clean, the paint was peeling everywhere and the refrigerator, which we needed as we had a baby, wouldn’t work and parts were missing. All they could say was sorry! Very disappointed in this hotel! 234.00 and it was terrible, might as well have stayed at motel 6! I’ll never stay at another! I hope they see this review!

We had the fire alarms going off for about an hour due to people not managing their kids during a hosted party. Hotel management said they couldn’t do anything because they had no clue who did it.
