Rooms are small, beds were small. No microwave in the room. Its very inconvenient to have to go down multiple floors to the lobby several times a day and night to warm up a baby bottle. Not at all family friendly, or convenient with small children. This amenity should be standard in a hotel of this price and stature

The staff was very pleasant at check in and the lobby and room was clean. Be cautioned, especially if traveling with small children, the water was so terribly hot within seconds of running out of the bathroom facet that my 7 year old daughter burned her hands. When I reported this to the staff, they didn’t act like it was any big deal. I called 3 days in a row to make sure it was reported appropriately and each time it seemed of no one was surprised or worried by the incident. I was told on the final call I made that it was an issue throughout multiple rooms in the hotel over the weekend.

Great hotel but no microwave in rooms. Makes life for a busy mom staying with kids in sports competing nearby difficult. Also very very convenient to get to the Iowa Events Center through the skyway.
