This hotel was incredible - the staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be, the rooms were clean and welcoming, breakfast & coffee were delicious, and the pool was the perfect temperature - everything was great. The only downfall was the hot tub was out of service, but it was not a deal breaker. We booked two rooms for our family trip and we all had the same thoughts on this hotel. Highly recommend!

Staying here was a great experience for our entire family including our four legged friend. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying again.

Pool was only open when thsy felt like it and they didn't let us know when that would be. Tlld kids they could swim when we checked in and theh said issue with pool so it was closed. We cone back after finding something else to do and the pool is now open and fixed. Tell the kids they can swim in the morning and the pool sign says open 7 am to midnight and suddenly it's broken again. So happy I paid for a hotel with a pool that we couldn't use but everyone else apparently could. The room was fine but the breakfast area was filthy in the morning and the staff bever once cleaned a table in the hour we were downstairs getting the kids fed. Super frustrating and not a pleasant stay. I won't stay here again.

The check in and night staff were very accommodating to everyone that stayed there after a family wedding. The party continued to wee hours of the morning. Your staff were very sociable which made our stay even more enjoyable 😉
