The staff there is absolutely fantastic, we have children and they was very accommodating to anything we needed or asked for. It was a very clean and friendly environment! When we travel back to Muncie we will definitely be staying there again!

Food options for breakfast were great. Everything was clean. Beds were a bit too firm for us but managed. Bathroom was a bit tight. Everyone was nice. Lots of kids being really loud running down hallways on 2nd floor friday night, saturday was quiet though. Close to restuarants and shopping. Didn't use pool or whirlpool but it was open.

My stay at Fairfield was friendly, clean and safe. I had had a bad experience the night before at a different hotel chain. I told the clerk at the front desk (Valentina) about my experience, and she was very understanding and delightful to talk with. Check-in was a breeze and Valentina even called to check on me later. I appreciated that very much. My room was spacious and clean. It was a relief to feel safe and comfortable. I slept like a baby.

Love to go and visit family. Experience with this hotel was unacceptable. No to little communication with happenings. Unacceptable with timing. They canceled our reservations and moved us to a hotel that was unclean/unsatisfactory w/ 2 days notice

The room was clean and well maintained. The pool looks larger in the advertised pictures. The pool area was well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly/polite during my families check in, stay and check out. The breakfast offered a variety of food (scrambled egg/sausage/cereal/scones/fresh fruit). Will stay again if in the area.
