It was a very nice property and the staff was very helpful until there were kids running up and down the halls and then the front desk never answered the phone. Luckily it didn’t last TOO long.

They're in the middle of remodeling some rooms. Our family stayed in a newly remodeled room. It didn't appear the furniture was new though. First floor hall had furniture stacked outside the rooms. Our room was clean. I liked that some pillows were firm and some soft. The bathroom setup is a little small. The staff was very friendly at check in and checkout. It was nice of them to have togo breakfast bags for those of us they knew were checking out before breakfast time.

Check in with Katie was awesome, she was super friendly and when asked for ground level she made it happen. Breakfast was pretty darn good, but who am I kidding, free food is always good!!

Staff was great, fast check in very helpful. Rooms had plenty of room! Only thing we had issues with was the pool and spa area! I understand kids having fun and jumping in the pool, we all have been there. But when the kids starting jumping in the hot tub I thought that was disrespectful!! And the parents just laughed about it! Told the front desk and she just said sorry about that! So there’s nothing you can do about it??
