My wife and I always stay here when visiting family in Muncie. This property is convenient, clean and the service always good.

I had a bad experience with the hotel I booked. They advertised in the photos kitchenettes with a sink/stove/refrigerator/counter/microwave. When we got our room, there was a really old refrigerator and an even older microwave and nothing else. We were already here on a emergency, and had to figure a way to afford to be here for my family,then I had to figure out a way to afford hot food everyday or eat sandwiches for each meal. When contacting support for Hotels.com, they reached out only to quote policy (after not even using my correct name in communications). Even when I asked for a partial refund or discount for the premium I paid to have those features that were missing and was again denied anything. Not sure how that's acceptable to Hotels.com

We like this hotel when visiting family in Muncie. Convenient, friendly staff, reasonably priced, great breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to guests. Our room was super clean. It’s located just a couple of blocks from the university for families with students there. We were very pleased and would chose the Comfort Inn again.

Took our grandchildren on an overnight trip to make some memories. Had I known the pool was closed for maintenance I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Wasn't even told it was closed by the front clerk when we checked in, we just happened to see the sign on the door! The first floor ice machine was broken, the side door was broken so it was an exit only! The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast area, the employee kept it clean and stocked and was available when something was needed.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Our tub had a lot of weird stains like someone dropped an entire container of black ink down the side. You could tell there was water damage above the shower. But there was great water pressure. I'm pretty sure the toilet's flush was so strong it could pull a demon out of a possessed nun. Unfortunately you could hear everything in the hallway and we had a family across the hall that was fighting all night. The breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired.

Great location for nigher by restaurants, shopping, interstate 69, state highways, Ball State, and the Cardinal Greenway (rails to trails) for walking, jogging or biking. It was a central location for us to visit family in Winchester, Parker, Farmland, Losantville, and Columbia City and for grandson to keep up his cross country training on the Greenway. A bit of an odor to the motel, small pool, and the thinest toilet paper imaginable (4 layers about got up to normal thickness) made it less than desirable for our stay. Small but certainly adequate breakfast room that was not cleaned as often as it should have been.
