Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ANDERSON NORTH, an IHG Hotel

Hotel staff had a small child running behind check in counter screaming. Elevator broke. Hotel wS dirty

We came for Anderson football homecoming with kids and unfortunately the pool was down for maintenance and we were not told ahead of time but other than that the place was great and my grandkids still enjoyed the weekend

My daughter and I had a nice time while staying there. Beds were very comfortable and the free continental breakfast was more like a small smorgasboard. Very filling to start your day. Very convenient to my family that lives in New Castle. I would recommend to family and friends to stay in this hotel

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Are remodeling but was not an inconvenience. Everyone kind and polite. Would have been nice to have a hot tub around the pool area. The pool was full of kids having a birthday party, so we got in for a few minutes. We couldn't swim for all of them. Be nice if they had an adult swim time with kids out of pool for a little while.. Other than that was a nice time. Close to shopping and restaurant's, and you could walk if need be. Was in town for a wedding. Will be back to visit.

Mixed review*** The rooms were clean, modern, and up to date. Indoor pool was not open due to clorination problems (big problem when traveling with children!!!). They did not have another form of entertainment for children so be prepared!! Better than continental breakfast each morning included eggs, sausage, bananas + all the usuals. Every evening there were fresh baked cookies in the lobby (big hit). You could hear the street noise thru the windows (a little annoying)

It was my very first visit to Anderson. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ANDERSON NORTH was cozy to come home to every night after spending time with my fiance's family and friends. Our suite was big enough that we could invite people over. The indoor heated pool was a treat! I was pleased how warm and cozy it was being that outside was bitter cold, icey, and snowy!

The wife and I went to Anderson because she has family there and it is close to Indy where we were attending the BOA Grand National Championships in which our daughter was performing. The hotel was new and the rooms were very clean. There was a large tour group that arrived just after we checked in and most were staying on our floor. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway but once everyone was in their rooms the sound proofing was very good as we heard nothing. All-in-all it was very nice, we booked the king bed suite. The only two negatives would be with the bed, the pillows were not comfortable so I would bring your own from home if you can and there was some sort of pad under the bottom sheet that would bunch up under you when you turned over in bed.
