SpringHill Suites Chicago Southeast/Munster IN

Overall, we had a great stay. The room was very nice, comfortable, large and well-appointed. We enjoyed the space, the separate living room and the walk in closet. It was decorated well. The bathroom was large, however, although decoratively the “barn door” bathroom was nice, it was not a good choice with a glass insert. The door was right in front of the beds and the light was extremely bright during the night if someone went to the bathroom. It was not a good choice for a hotel room where families or people need to get up at different times to get ready or use it during the night while others are sleeping.

Clean & nice pool area. Breakfast was okay. Only thing is I think kids (not staying at the hotel) were going in through the side door to use the hotel pool.

Clean and Quiet perfect for quick family visit

My grandkids liked the indoor pool. The room was okay. We didn't like the large frosted glass pane on the bathroom door that lit up the whole room when someone got up to use the bathroom during the night. The breakfast was okay too -- nothing special, but attendants kept it well stocked. Front-desk staff were helpful.

Breakfast was not very good. Front desk workers were extremely rude. We were yelled at 3pm to quiet down while playing card games. Scolded at check in to watch our kids. Not family friendly at all.

Very nice clean very clean breakfast was hot my kids really enjoyed the pool overall we enjoyed our stay next time I go going by myself to relax n yeah I love the view I had⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter turned 16 so we had a family and friends night. The hotel staff are always very nice and accommodating. The halls are clean and smelling fresh. The lobby is clean and fresh and welcoming. My stay was perfect! The family and friends who never stayed here loves it and gave great compliments. Great stay, will always come back.

the park, the walk area, and the fishing area a little something for my hold family. the full breakfast on Saturday. The little personalized area that they do when you enter into your room very nice.

Great for families, right next to Centennial Park. Nice pool. The staff was excellent.
