Hampton Inn & Suites Munster

The elevator makes a horrible uneasy sound going up or down. And is not clean. When you turn the heat on in my room just kept making the room smell horrible. It usually goes away in about 20 min we went to dinner came back and it still smelled. They make you sign a paper of rules to fallow. Yet they don’t I give it! Kids running through the halls up after 10! Definitely a disappointment. Gave me a headache and then when I got to sleep the kids running up and down the halls woke me up twice I couldn’t stay!

I didn't like the fact that they made me sign paperwork starting I should keep nosie down than I hear the people next to me kid run and cry most of the night.

We loved the hotel the kids had a blast at the pool and we enjoyed the stay

My family stayed here for New Year’s Eve and had no complaints. Everything was on point cleanliness, quiet, conveniently near a variety of shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and located close to stores and restaurants if you need either. The room was comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. Nice hot shower and bath. Second day shower was later and didn’t have as good a stream from the shower head but still warm and felt good. Loved the grab bar in the shower! My wife is a bit clumsy and it helps to prevent any accidents. We were visiting family for the holiday, so we didn’t really use the pool or hot tub. The pool looked nice and several Families did use it during our stay. We used the gym which looked out on the pool area. Nice gym, two bikes, elliptical, treadmill, weights and a mat plus ball. The treadmill was out of service. The hot tub looked cloudy, not sure if the jets worked. Personnel were very nice from check in to housekeeping and kitchen staff. Breakfast was fine, the usual tasted good. Would stay again! The area felt safe.

Convenient to family when visiting them on Thanksgiving. Everyone was very nice. We were also able to check in early.

Have called this hotel before pool closed not reserved this time called pool and hot tub opened got there nope pool and hot tub closed mantainence spent 300 bucks for a bed and some breakfast for two nights mentioned to person at desk this was part of why i came here. Get your place up to expectations they get away with im sorry and thats supposed to be their fix. They have it up and running on the weekends so it can be overrun by kids partys go to alot of motels in a year this place. Low expectations

nice stay while visiting family. The pool must have been chlorinated recently and kiddies could not use it water was nasty. Way tooooo much disposable products cups, dishes etc. Sue wish there was an alternative. And what's with no maid service unless you ask???? Time to move on and not use Covid as an excuse. Also no decafinated coffee any of the days we stayed ! come on, can't blame Covid for that. Why did Hampton change the nice comforters with duvet covers they were famous for???
