Fairfield Inn & Suites Seymour

Traveling to Michigan for our family reunion on Sunday, from Georgia so booked our stay for overnight! My sister and I were not disappointed with the room, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was perfect to get us on our way the next morning! Staff were very friendly! Would stay again!

The staff was great. Very friendly at check in. The breakfast attendant helped by kids make their waffles which was so nice.

Paula, at customer service front desk - assisted us when checking out and was very apologetic about the noise disruptions that went on for several hours 7 pm -11:pm . Children seem to be running, unaccompanied throughout the hotel, down the hallways and stairways, causing vibrations in our hotel room, where we were unable to sleep. We requested a refund or appropriate compensation and we’re informed that since we paid and booked through Expedia that was not an option, but up to Expedia to refund . We were also informed by the hotel staff there have been multiple complaints regarding the noise and behavior of the children’s/students volleyball team and their parents that were staying at this hotel.. The parents were equally as loud as the children, inconsiderate of other guests.

Despite being fully booked, extremely busy with lots of family travel and kids playing, creating messes, the breakfast area and all was so clean, so well-run. Fantastic and friendly all the way!

The room when we booked was ‘available’. Turns out when we got there it wasn’t available and sharing a twin queen bed room w two toddlers doesn’t make for a restful night. Of course using a 3rd party app like Travelocity means they “can’t really do anything about the price”. Not happy at all w this experience. Where’s the corporate number?

Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk woman that checked us in was wonderful and to my kiddos. The room, dinning area and pool were very clean. The woman at breakfast was a BEAST! She was stocking food, drinks, etc. also helping kids get their breakfast, wiping down tables , checking on everyone to make sure they had everything they needed. Overall, wonderful stay!

I was in a room next to a family that was loud with kids coming and going. I asked the front desk to address this issue and they said they tried but were meet with resistance from the mother.

The service was great. This hotel is clean and kid friendly!
