Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

3night stay in the queen suite because I had my 6yr old twins. Manager let me choose btw the suite and the double bed room the suite was more spacious for little ones. Room was clean except there was no bedding provided for the sofa sleeper I had a emergency blanket in my car. Seems it would make more sense to have a king bed in a suite. Breakfast was meatless and fruitless... l actually like meat n fruit as an option but they had the pancake machine and bagels Location is EXCELLENT right in front of sams club and like 3 blks from the highways.

Very clean facilities, comfortable beds, super friendly service and gave our family connecting rooms, right beside a nice Mexican restaurant, the free breakfast was so so, very poor wifi. Would gladly stay again or recommend—to us, the friendly staff and clean rooms were top notch.

We were just in for the night, impressed we they had 24 hour shuttle service and actually running, we arrived at 130am. The room was very clean, cleaner than many 4-5 star hotels. The staff was friendly. The ONLY negative was our shower, wasn’t a lot of water pressure and there was a crack in tub leaving it slightly unstable (it was “repaired”. Breakfast was OK, would’ve liked to have seen more protein (eggs and such) but perfect for families with small children. Overall the price we paid was well worth the room and service.

Bed, linens, towels and pillows were decently comfortable and very clean. Carpet in room was dated and is starting to show wear. My kid stepped on and scratched her foot on a staple stuck in the carpet. Bathroom shower worked well and was clean. The bathroom floor could have been swept better. Had to ask front desk for ice bucket liner. Despite the A/C being on coolest setting with fan speed on high, the room wasn't as cool we expected when we arrived. Granted, it was 90F+ with high humidity so A/C struggled to cool down the room until after the sun went down. We only spent 6 hours there total to shower and sleep. It was quiet and we slept well. We took the free airport shuttle at 5am which requires some notice to get on the list. The driver was nice and helpful. Check in/out was super fast/easy. Hotel front desk staff were attentive and helpful. He even unexpectedly called our room to let us know the shuttle had arrived. Hotel was adequate for our brief overnight stay. It would not be our choice if we needed to stay on property for more than 24 hours.

Has a nice bar/grill not too pricey on property but no room svc. Breakfast last morning there took 1 bite and lost appetite...cold biscuits & gravy...eehh gross!! This hotel is supposed to be rated 8.0 and Days Inn Plainfield (never got to try breakfast but looked better than here)...booked up & had to leave on Tuesday to go to different hotel; barely anything nearby; it is inconvenient. No pool or hot tub; which Beckley, WV had one; so was disappointed about that (indoors ones) and price was close to same and breakfast was much better in WV. I wouldn't stay here again unless maybe going to airport; would rather stay @ Days Inn Plainfield IN only bad thing about there was guy that was staying in hotel kept begging for money, I should have reported it, but didn't and I didn't see any reason (woman, kids or disability why he couldn't work)...if I would go on vacation again I would go to Beckley WV Microtel before coming to this Microtel.

We stay at the microtel everytime we come to Indy without the kid's. If there was a pool we would stay with them. Staff is always pleasent and hotel is always clean
