Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis Airport

An airport hotel wouldn’t let me checkout early with a family illness. Staff wasn’t kind either.

This hotel is not in the best area. Very noisy between highway and airport. Way over priced. No microwave in the room, no breakfast. Had to have maintenance come and fix our tv. Noisy all night, slamming doors, kids running in the halls. We finally got to sleep around 5 a.m. Then at 8:20 in the morning while still in bed, housekeeping walked into our room unannounced. Didn’t so much as knock. They quickly left, leaving the door propped open. We complained to the hotel and they only offered to take $10 off our breakfast, which we were not even having. Would not recommend.

Dining times were not convenient. Food was subpar. Place was clean & room was decent. asked for non-down pillows and received more down pillows but asked a second time in person at front desk & received correct pillows. No pool not a great place for kids! No roll away beds.

We stayed on the property while visiting family in Indianapolis. This was our second time staying on the property and we will continue to use this property for all future trips to the Indianapolis area.

Newer hotel and as part of the Marriott family hotels, the room, amenities and comfort were all up to Marriott standards. The lobby was open and bright. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the check in... I booked a single room - king bed and they gave us 2 queens, didn't tell us about the change at check in. By the time we go to our room we were too tired to go back down to change it. The other strange thing about the room... there were outlets EVERYWHERE... except on the side of room closest to the window. There were 7 or 8 plugs in the space between the two queen beds / center desk and no plugs on the right side of the second queen bed. that was just a strange set up. Overall, nice stay, would probably stay there again as the restaurant looked nice and their was a nice place to get coffee in the lobby.
