Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

It was the most horrible hotel experience for me and my family. We couldn't sleep for 3 nights. My room was 112 and my next door neighbor at 111 partied from 1:00am to maybe 6:00am everyday. I reported them to the front desk twice and no help. I knocked on their door, asked them to be quiet and they said ok, but yet still no difference. They partied all night long again the next day. When I was check out the next morning the front desk staff me about it and I said they did it again and you guys didn't stop and it was another sleepless for me and my family. I'll not recommend that hotel to anybody.

My kids went swimming they had a good time and I felt comfortable fur two days

Property is nice in appearance but it seems that it’s being run as cheaply as possible. Only one employee was handling the entire hotel when we checked in the the evening (we waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes - while several other customers came and then gave up and left - before we could check in). She was very nice but the hotel was obviously extremely understaffed. The room was not filthy but not super clean either (everyone in the family woke up with stuffy noses, I assume from the dust because we were all fine soon after we left). There were only 2 bath towels in a room that sleeps 5, and when we requested more towels we were told the hotel was out of towels (which turned out to be a real issue when our toddler started throwing up in the night!). Tried to use the laundry facility in the hotel and the drier didn’t work properly so we ended up having to find a laundromat. The hotel is not horrible but I would definitely not stay there again due to how cheaply it is being run- it shows in the service, the cleanliness, and the strange lack of towels.

It nice and quiet , my kids went to the pool and was able to swim with no issues.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a simple , yet delicious. The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was helpful and amid to accommodate our needs.

The place was just okay for an airport hotel. Although I was very disappointed that they were unwilling to hold luggage at the front desk. Also they would shuttle you too and from the airport for a $10 fee per room. So for the two of us that stayed in separate rooms they wanted $20. But a family of 6 could stay in 1 room and only pay $10 for the shuttle. That’s not customer service that just says to me “we have a policy customers be damned, but this is how we do it”

The room was nice and clean. Had an issue with the TV remote not working and the gentleman at the front desk said it's a known issue with the Roku TV and suggested I install the Roku Remote app to control the TV. Bit of a pain, but it worked. Also, the pool was FA-REEZING cold! The kids and I were looking forward to swimming but we couldn't stay in more than 5 minutes...we were already turning blue.

Front desk did not allow my family (two people) to sit in lobby area after midnight to visit. Extremely rude, will not stay again

When we checked in, the room that we had reserved on Expedia was not available. The hotel staff said that it was the fault of the online agency. I spoke with an Expedia staff member, and got the impression that the hotel had not honored their agreement. Regardless, I felt stuck in the middle. It was very late at night, and we had limited options. Having to fit our entire family into a room with one king bed was not ideal. The room was not as clean and nice as what we expected. I would not recommend this facility.

Horrible management. I booked this hotel several days ago and paid for it online. When I arrived late at night I learned that they gave my booked room away. I needed two queen beds and a sofa sleeper (sleeping for 5). I was given a king bed and sofa sleeper. Luckily I brought an extra air mattress for camping and now one of my kids is sleeping on the floor. Another family that also booked and paid through Expedia came in right after me and they also had their room given away. Normally I would have tried to find another hotel but it was 11:45pm and my family was exhausted from a full day of travel. I believe some kind of compensation is in order. For the price I shouldn't have someone sleeping on the floor.
