Comfort Suites near Indianapolis Airport

The room had bedbugs very visible it is very hard to sleep there with kids. They did change us to another room but still I was not comfortable.

Dingy, freezing cold pool, dry wall literally falling off our bathroom ceiling, no cleaning service daily resulting in no towels. Left my baggage and items in my car for two days to kill possible bugs. Second chance in a couple months at a choice hotel. Never ever will I attempt this nonsense again. Best I could say I my toilet worked here. Thankfully. Because I’m pretty sure the breakfast gave my toddler food poisoning.

The room was ok. The air conditioning didn't work very well, the fire alarm kept randomly going off in our room and they only gave us 3 towels for a family of 5. We asked for more multiple times but never received more towels. Also the pool was ice cold and green.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were good. I liked that it was quiet and han no problems with fixtures. Only thing was the bathroom sink was clogged and took a while for the water to drain and that they would only give us 1 toilet paper per day for a family of 5. Other than that the place was good!

The weight room does not have a treadmill or full body workout machine. The sauna was out of order, and the kids complained that the pool was dirty.

We were only here for 1 night, and got in around 8:30pm. We were a party of 1 adult and 4 children. Kids wanted to hit up the pool, so we quickly headed to the pool before it closed at 10. The sauna was out of order which was a bit of a bummer because there was no hot tub, and the pool was very cold. We could only stay in the pool for about 30 minutes before everyone was too chilly to swim anymore. There were plenty of pool towels. The room was pretty clean. The cover that goes over the top of the comforter on both beds was already stained, but we just removed them. The sheets and comforter were clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Over all I would stay again.

Nothing stands out but the price is good and oh.. the bed, we slept like a baby on it.

It was the most horrible hotel experience for me and my family. We couldn't sleep for 3 nights. My room was 112 and my next door neighbor at 111 partied from 1:00am to maybe 6:00am everyday. I reported them to the front desk twice and no help. I knocked on their door, asked them to be quiet and they said ok, but yet still no difference. They partied all night long again the next day. When I was check out the next morning the front desk staff me about it and I said they did it again and you guys didn't stop and it was another sleepless for me and my family. I'll not recommend that hotel to anybody.

My kids went swimming they had a good time and I felt comfortable fur two days

Property is nice in appearance but it seems that it’s being run as cheaply as possible. Only one employee was handling the entire hotel when we checked in the the evening (we waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes - while several other customers came and then gave up and left - before we could check in). She was very nice but the hotel was obviously extremely understaffed. The room was not filthy but not super clean either (everyone in the family woke up with stuffy noses, I assume from the dust because we were all fine soon after we left). There were only 2 bath towels in a room that sleeps 5, and when we requested more towels we were told the hotel was out of towels (which turned out to be a real issue when our toddler started throwing up in the night!). Tried to use the laundry facility in the hotel and the drier didn’t work properly so we ended up having to find a laundromat. The hotel is not horrible but I would definitely not stay there again due to how cheaply it is being run- it shows in the service, the cleanliness, and the strange lack of towels.
