We were super impressed with the design and layout of our room. We are a family of 5 and the design accommodated us well. The shuttle services were on time and great. The whole building was in very good order and clean. We will be looking to stay at more Hyatt Places in the future.

My family and ai really enjoyed our stay. The room was emaculate. The included breakfast had pretty much anything you could want, and the staff were all very nice, even helping us get milk for our son for his evening feeding. Would definitely stay here again.

This is an incredible hotel! It’s clean, smells great, is very well decorated and is run by wonderful people. The room had ample room and was very comfortable for my family of 6. Amazing stay!

Service was great but had only one issue...booked for 2 beds but was given 1 king size bed and a sofa bed for 2 adults and two kids (6 & 9). Had to take it because of no other option, made it work but was not comfortable. Worst of all got charged more for it.....other than that staff was great!

My family checked in with ease. There was construction going on but it didn't disturb us and we used door closest to our car. There was a nice breakfast and the room was adequate size and clean. Fridge was in the room and a microwave in the lobby area so it wasn't bad since it was available in the hotel.

Ongoing construction which you find out about when you check-in. The information should be present during booking because If I was traveling with the kids, I would not have stayed there.

Found out that the hotel only has outdoor pool but it just mention "pool" on the listing, this is Indiana and most of hotels offer indoor pool, my kids were disappointed at us coz they like the pool and this was the whole reason I booked hotel for my 10 yo birthday boy.
