You have got to be kidding me a 33 story hotel and they have ice on one floor, the second. I’ve seen hotels do every other floor, but one floor that is a joke.

I stayed on the 27th floor in a king sized bed with my wife for a night to get away without kids. We were on the side with a view of the city. I live 20 mins south of Indianapolis, so quite familiar with the city. You can walk via the sky walks to the convention center and mall if it’s cold or rainy. The room was updated and modern. Good size and comfortable. I was also a big fan of the gym. The only down side was if you have trouble sleeping, it was noisy at times from sirens and/or traffic. It did not affect my sleep. Overall 9.5/10

This was a fantastic property - the room (bedding, appliances, bathroom) was all top notch. The in-house bar and restaurant were good (and not unreasonably priced) and it was walking distance from a lot of great attractions. I was there the weekend of a very large sports convention for children and given the circumstances it was amazingly quiet in the room.

The staff was amazing! Everyone we interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had access to the executive lounge. The food offerings were varied and there was something for everyone in my family. We would definitely stay here again.

Whenever we get away to Indianapolis, we stay at the JW Marriott. Because of the friendly staff, the comfort of the beds and the location is close to the venues we attend. I recommend family and friends to stay at the JW every time!

Stayed overnight for New Year’s Eve and my birthday. Had a wonderful time with my family and love the hotel and service again was excellent!!!

We came for the Monumental Marathon and loved the convenient location of the hotel. We were disappointed that a late check out was not available to us. We had family who were able to secure a 2:00 p.m. check out so we moved our luggage to their room so all worked out OK. It was also disappointing that valet parking was not available on the Saturday of our late check out stay, but we were not told until we had left the hotel and tried to valet back in.

The hotel was nice and staff were friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to the canal, restaurants (nice and family friendly), and the stadium. I’d stay again!

I booked my stay on Expedia. There was no pool as advertised and instead of compensation I was charged more money for a high rise room. On top of that I went out to explore with my family to return to no parking in the garage. I then had to park across the street. Big inconvenience as I had my children with me. The room was basic. I basically paid for the view. There was no microwave as well. From check in to check out my family and I did not get to relax as I thought so. I don’t think it’s fair for someone to book a room with this hotel and then also have to pay to self park. The manager was polite and pleasant and I was refunded for the parking but I’m not pleased with my overall experience.
