Comfort Inn & Suites Evansville Airport

Our rooms were clean and comfortable but there were some maintenance issues. Our desk chair was very worn and peeling and the popcorn ceilings were also peeling. The beds were a little firm but that's just a personal preference. The linen were very soft and the best I've had in several more expensive hotel stays. Lots of room and the benefits of having 2 separate spaces was worth some peeling chairs. Air conditioning was great as was the front desk staff. I didn't eat breakfast but my family thought it was good and rated it a 4/5.

The lobby was under construction and blocked off and it was unclear where to go check in. Had to go in center door and wind my way to front desk. The elevator was dirty. My room was ok but there was a half eaten donut in the drawer of the nightstand, not kidding! Some light bulbs were out and the thermostat was set to Celsius.

Love the fact I love the fact that I can relax in the hot tub I didn't like the fact that there was a bunch of teenagers and kids there at the time

We appreciate the staff member for letting us get a refund. There were kids playing in hall ding dong ditching in the hallways.

Showed up with my family late at night for a last second stay on our way home. Shady people outside hotel in parking lot. Got inside and it stunk. Got to our room and it smelt terrible with a moldy smell and they had a de humidifier/fan going because our room was under maintenance and they didn’t communicate with the front desk. So we had to leave and find another hotel. Huge inconvenience. They did however not screw me out of my refund which I was thankful for.

Had a great time! Was visiting family in the area. Room was spacious.

My young grandchildren loved the pool and breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Furniture in room was older and room was not the cleanest but did not enough to dampen our fun.

The hotel was great the employees not so great very stuck up and acted like she was better had attitude withy the other family that checked in the same time as us!!

The front desk clerk was super friendly. We chose this hotel bc of the hot tub and the room was suppose to be a suite with a separate sitting area. The sitting area was not separate from the room. The hot tub was closed. There were ants in the bathroom floor. The bed did not have proper sheets. The furniture was scuffed and worn. The wood at the bottom was literally coming off and the ac unit did not cool the room. We put the ac unit on 69 and the temp increased in the room. We were very disappointed with our stay. As busy working parents we rarely get away without the children and this was our opportunity and the room itself was such a disappointment.

I have stayed at this same location for years when I come in to see family because of its location to all the different sides of Evansville that I need to travel to and from. However, this is the first time I have stayed here since the change in name/ownership. It used to be the Drury Inn - and I definitely see a difference. Tons of construction and utility workers stay here, and always have, but I never found that to be a problem - again, they stay here because of location too I suppose...however, current ownership needs to work on cleaning. My feet were black from the carpet in the room. There was spilled Coke? all over the bathroom wall. The elevator was filthy. I actually had a 2nd leg to my trip, and upon returning at the end of the week, I chose a different hotel down the road - I don't think I will be back here. It's only going to get worse.
