We stayed with our family one night. The room was dark and dingy and several lights wouldn’t work. Husband checked sockets and several were loose. The sink wouldn’t hold water. Hotel needs updated and refreshed. There was an odor throughout. We have stayed there in years past going to family in Arkansas…. Each time we have stayed it appears to have declined. on the bright side the breakfast was good and the attendant kept food filled and hot. The front desk clerk Crystal was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. We probably will find another place to stay in the future,

Expedia said checkin time was 2 pm when we got here the front desk said it was 3. Why wouldn’t builders when building next to an interstate not put sound barriers up so you don’t hear every vehicle that drives by? The pillows on the beds were child size, half the normal size of a standard pillow. The rooms were a nice size.

We were greeted by a staff member and check in when mommy got to our room. The heating system was off completely so the room was at most 50°. Additionally, there were no extra blankets. The water was HOT which was nice but be careful if traveling with children so they don’t get scalded.

Pretty clean besides our comforters. They were placed between 2 clean sheets I assume so they could get by without washing them. When I looked them over there cheeto dust on one and a kids shoes print on the other. We always bring our own cover so I tossed them in the floor but still nasty. We also only had 3 pillows in our room. I asked the front desk for more and they told me they had no extra pillows. I folded up kids extra blankets to make me a pillow.

We waited quite a while for someone to come to the desk to check us in. When she did finally appear she was very kind and offered us a free beverage. Also, when we asked to change rooms (next room to us had 4 loud children), she was also very accommodating.

This hotel was great for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of items to satisfy everyone. I loved the fact that the suite we stayed in had a door to the bedroom that shut, so my teens did not disturb the rest of the family. My one complaint was that the staff had a habit of smoking directly outside of the entrance door which brought the smell into the hotel and created a smoke wall when we were checking out.

The outdoor pool was a great past time for our two grandchildren. Breakfast was plentiful in a very clean dining area. The room was exceptionally clean, and modern.
