Drury Inn & Suites Evansville East

The overall property was nice. The included dinners, drinks, and popcorn were a huge hit with the kids. However, the retention ponds outside smelled of sewage and our truck was broke into in the middle of the night.

Can’t beat the Drury inn and suites for a family of 5

Check in was amazing, the lady was super nice and informative on what was going on in the hotel. We've enjoyed our stay so much, we will definitely return here and recommend this to our friends and family.

The staff was exceptional! The breakfast could have used bacon and the evening snack might need a little less carbs involved but overall its always fantastic! For a family oriented hotel, the tv selections get a D- though. Even the MeTV station wasnt available. Really need to consider more of the older shows or Hallmark...

It was an alright stay just had a group of kids being onry and need extra pillow and they said they didn’t have any other then that nice hotel friendly staff only seen 2 lady

The facilities are disgusting. The jacuzzi/pool was overrun by children. There is no supervision of the children. There were 13 people in the spa and only 4 were adults. It was so loud you could not hear or speak to anyone. The mattress was like sleeping on a marshmallow. Horrible and filthy. The breakfast area is also overrun with children unsupervised and demonstrating poor hygiene.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, there was no excessive noise coming from anywhere and I slept like a baby.

The night before Christmas Eve, as most of those who celebrate the holidays found we too, had a packed filled day and weren't sure how to do it all. My husband worked 3rd shift, we had to travel, and he still had to sleep before 11:00am. for brunch and Christmas celebrations is family. I couldn't see any way possible to fit everything in. I explained and they had solutions. The staff was exceptional, everyone worked hard, smiling *NOT on their phones. Very attentive to guests and going out of their way to take care of each guest as they were able. Very Impressed with almost everything about this place. This is the first time we've been that the hot tub was luke warm. I got in anyway due to having back surgery recently (didn't submerge the area) and would have loved a nice hot tub experience on the leg that was affected by the ruptured disk surgery. The lack of hot water almost got to me, but our Christmas was spent in a nice hotel with our now grown young people and we couldn't have asked for more. The other thing I noticed was during the meals, things did get messy on the counters and around the area floors. Staff was quickly there to make up for the mess. This group of people are exceptional in my opinion. Oh yea, did I mention it was Christmas? They worked with smiles, helpful information, and a cheery disposition throughout the stay. Thank you staff, not only for working, but having a wonderful attitude. You helped make our Christmas brighter.

Overall decent hotel. Beds were decent, but none of these hotels put blankets on the beds anymore. We brought our own thank goodness. Their happy hour/reception is extremely generous, though we didn’t get to take advantage of it. Breakfast was very good. Overall good value. Our only beef was that they knocked on our door at 7:45am for room service! For a one night stay when we were checking out that day. ??? My wife and kids weren’t too happy about that.
