There were pills in the room from housekeeping not cleaning the rooms well my children could have gotten a hold of those not too happy about it

Smoky, smoky, smoky rooms. Unless you toke up or smoke like a chimney, don't stay here. It's not a family friendly place.

The mark-down in cleanliness relates to the toilet in our room #205. We happened to see under the rim which was BLACK with grime, etc. Also, the staff made no effort-to us-regarding the boil-water order while we were there to take care of guests beyond posting "Out-of-Order" signs on the coffee maker and the water and juice dispensers. There was no letter under our room door, no bottled water offered, no letter posted at the front desk or eating area. I suspect there is/was no guidance from corporate as to how to react to such a situation..There should be! I am sorry but we shall not be staying here when we return to Evansville to visit family.

Conveniently located near family in Evansville. Very disappointed with front desk service, smell, cleanliness. Lobby and room very warm since air conditioner was turned completely off. Elevator made loud, ear-piercing sound when opening and closing. Water pressure problem. Stained tub. Gray water spurted out of sink the next morning. No coffee available In breakfast area. Won’t come back to this hotel. There are many other options in this area.

We stayed here many times when we visit Evansville with no issues. Unfortunately, this stay wasn’t the best we stayed on the third floor and the bathroom tub has rust, carpet wasn’t cleaned had a random sticky spot by the bed, curtains were dirty, and the whole floor was all kids being loud running up and down the hallway and playing with no adults present to control them. Wasn’t a very pleasant experience this go around.

“Breakfast only served until 9am. I was told at check in the elevator up button was not working, but someone would be there in a few hours to fix it. Every single time we needed to go back up to the room we had to wait for someone to be called back to bring a key to unlock the elevator. This was inconvenient to say the least. The noise coming from. The door as it opened and closed alone was concerning. Pool area had people camped out in it drinking and smoking (not tobacco) although signs were posted for no smoking. When it was brought to their attention, staff member said they couldn’t do anything about it. Very unsafe for children, not to mention illegal. I will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and prompt! The kids all loved the pool!!

It was okay family function didn’t have a lot of time at the motel

Came to town for one night to see family, our stay was short but the hotel and our room served it purpose. I saw some pretty terrible reviews on this place and I didn’t experience any of those issues. The staff was nice, the room and building was clean. Not you can tell the building is older but it was perfectly fine with me. The elevator was noisy and you could hear people out in the halls but not enough to be upsetting. We would definitely stay here again for more family visits to Evansville.
