Homewood Suites by Hilton Bloomington

My family and I enjoyed our stay and were able to sleep more and comfortably as the hotel reception staff informed me of late check out. That, was a blessing for us!

Room was cancelled the day we arrived…we had to find another hotel to stay at…not sure how they think it’s ok to cancel a booked and paid for room and give it to someone else and leave a family stranded. Don’t book a room here unless you want to risk not having a place to stay when you arrive.

Our 2-room suite was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The breakfast was outstanding - both the variety and the clean and well-maintained breakfast area. Service was also thoughtful, thorough and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

We came in towing a boat trailer whichwe had told them we were bringing. Emma spoke to management beforehand and theyarranged a place for us to park it. When we arrived they came out to make sure everything would work and were so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for their excellent customer service but for all staff that was polite, friendly and went beyond to help us. The night clerk even showed this 67 yr old grannie how to install and use Grub Hub to order a pizza! Our room was beyond our expectations with the exception of needing a larger trash can. With 3 kids a father and grandmother, we created a lot of trash. The pool was very relaxing and we were glad it was open so early and late for us to enjoy. I would love to come back and stay longer

I have stayed at various hotels but this one was terrible! I was only here for one night but my disappointment was tremendous! We were unable to travel due to the bitter cold at Christmas so we had to cancel our reservations at La Quinta! Since we decided to make a quick trip to see our children and grand children my husband and I chose this Homewood inn- because of the hot tub. We called the day before and were told the hot tub was functioning so we paid the extra money and took the extra drive time to get to this hotel! When we got here we were told the hot tub was not at proper levels! Then we were told there were only showers in the rooms! I have RA and the hot tub would have helped, so it was doubly bad when the shower in the room was only warm and there was no heat in the bathroom! The best part of the trip was Emma the receptionist! I will never stay here again! I can’t even sleep because I am itching all over and I am not sure why! There were dishes in the dishwasher and I had to rinse everything off. Morning can’t come quick enough!

Great place with kids. It wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The stay was ok but when we arrived they didn’t have the room we booked and had to split my family into two king bed rooms. Then they charged us for the rooms when we arrived and again when we left and we are still fighting to try and get back the extra money we paid.

Homewood Suites in Blooimington is a great hotel. Rooms are very nice and comfortable for a family of 5 with teenagers. We would stay again. Our only complaint is the pillows are very flat.

Visiting with family
