I am a sales rep and live in hotels 200 nights a year. However, this trip was a family trip to see my daughter. I rated this place 5 stars across every category but the night person that checks you in was the worst. In all my years I have never had a person in a hospitality position be so annoyed with her job. She must have been having a really bad night when I arrive because she didn't say 5 words to me during check in. Then proceeded to throw door key on the counter and did not say anything to me. it was so noticeable and awkward that my wife and some stranger picked up on it right away that this person was having a very bad night. We all get kicked in the teeth nowadays, but how you react to it truly defines you as a person. Do not take your frustrations out on some else especially some stranger.

We stayed here while our daughter was in fall break from IU and the staff was absolutely amazing with not only us and meeting our needs but the attention and greetings my fur babies got from them.

Very friendly staff. And despite there being a hotel full of young kids, it was still pretty quiet in our room. Clean room and nice beds and bedding. Totally recommend.

was mostly happy with stay--however I was NOT told that room would not be serviced everyday. I went to desk to request clean towels and the night manager (6-22-22) was very short and snotty about how the COVID policy was that rooms were NOT to be serviced without a prior request. She was so busy playing on her phone and standing outside smoking I got the impression she didn't care. I will think long and hard before stay there again, even though its closest to the family members I was vivsiting

The people were very kind and helpful. We paid almost $1,000 for the weekend and our rooms were never cleaned, the phone wasn't even connected to the wall when we tried to call the front desk, and we had to ask for toilet paper. It was homecoming weekend and so prices were completely marked up but we have family there and wanted to see them.
