Very clean, staff was absolutely wonderful! It was a great stay for the family!

It was a very nice hotel and room very nice, clean. Very comfortable it was a quick stay for family but we enjoyed it. Nice places to eat within short distance, will definitely stay again, and we have told alot of family, friends about the stay.

The worker running the breakfast bar went above and beyond‼️ Not only did he meet every guests needs (got eggs for people if they wanted them when it was close to 9am), but he did it with great kindness and genuine care! He even took care of a kid who came hopping into the breakfast area needing a bandaid! Also, I need to mention that the entire breakfast area was very neat and clean! Thank you Sir!!!

The room was very small for 5 people and had a cheap, outdated look to it. The beds were uncomfortable. One of the TV's kept going in and out and was was unwatchable. Early in the morning kids were running up and down the hallway hitting the doors and running away. Some of the clientele looked a bit seedy. Definitely won't be staying there again. On the positive side, the staff was amazing.

We have booked this hotel many time as we travel to noblesville in a lot to see family and friends the site says hot breakfast and it was on a Sunday morning but upon checking in I was told breakfast was until 10am Sunday we proceed to get breakfast and when we got down there to eat there was no hot breakfast there was cereal, orange juice, yougurt and toast. But there was no bowls or cups when we asked the lady at the front desk she brought us 1 plate and a knife so we asked another worker and with an attitude he got cups and bowls but promptly at 9 am they started taking all the breakfast stuff away. I will be looking for another hotel to stay at and also it has a hot tub but it is always closed.

Our family of four booked a two night stay this past weekend. The hotel was clean and front desk was friendly. Our room was a bit out dated, didn’t match Hotels.com's pics. The room we booked was to sleep 4 with a king and a pull out queen sofa. The king bed was comfortable and clean. However, the pullout was barely a full size and would not fit two adult size people. We asked for a roll away to accommodate but was told No, because of fire regulations. So our other son had to sleep on the chair and floor. This isn't acceptable for the price and description of the room. The pool/spa was not working, either. The spa was drained with caution tape wrapped around. Also, the breakfast was not kept stocked. Many other guest commented on how pitiful the breakfast bar was for how much the rooms cost. The staff member filling the bar on Sunday would come out look at the bar but not refill it but would rather continue his conversation in the back room. I ended up having to look under the cabinets to grab additional utensils and bowls/plates for myself and other guest standing in line. Until several people complained, that's when he decided to come refill items, then started removing them prior to breakfast ending. This overall experience left us not wanting to stay there again. This hotels is not on my highly recommend list.

We've stayed at this hotel since it first opened because it's very close to where our children live. It's ready for an update and the beds are way too soft. However, it's clean and there's plenty of room since there's a living area and separate 'bedroom'.

The rooms are extremely nice and the hotel was overall very clean. Disappointed when we arrived and realized the hot tub was closed, we booked the hotel based on having one, and it did not state it was closed online. We were then told the hot tub would be closed permanently due to them constantly having to fix parts on it. There were also only kids running and jumping In the pool so there was not an option to use that either unless you wanted to be splashed the entire time. I have visited before and the breakfast was complimentary and now you have to pay for breakfast at this hotel.

Nice hotel. Friendly front desk worker. Breakfast was pretty standard. AC in room was overly noisy , had to get up twice in the middle of the night and snug the cover back up because it was rattling. Room itself was nice. Liked having two separate TV’s in our room. Beds were comfortable and didn’t hear any complaints from the kids about the pull out couch. Wish the nightly rate was a little cheaper but majority of hotels in this area are pricey. We would stay here again.

This hotel is always great. The only negative downside is that this hotel is popular with the travel ball clubs. So you will get alot of rowdy kids in the pool and in the hallways. I recommend to the hotel that they raise their rates in order to attract better clients
