It was an incredible stay the staff were amazing and they helped the best they could no matter what we needed. The beds were comfy and the kids had fun in the pool

We stay every year and it is becoming more rundown year after year. This year at the fourth they did not open the extra seating area at breakfast instead told people to stand Our family of five just stood there with minimal food( bacon, no eggs) and stared at others while they ate. Pool has so much chlorine now it just burns and people are writing their names in the pool dirt.

My partner and I took a kid free get away for the weekend which is what I explained during check-in and the gentlemen was very nice and put us at the end of the hall on first floor. First night was a little annoying as there were two little boys running and screaming back and fourth from the hallways to the lobby tell about 11ish but the rest of our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

There were kids running in the halls and knocking on our door. Complained several times about the kids but nothing was done. I will never stay at this hotel again!

This place is in a nice location, easy to get to, near restaurants and a shopping area, offers a good breakfast with choices, our room had a fridge and a microwave as well as a coffee maker which i always appreciate. This was our second stay as it is convenient to family we visit.

Very nice experience. Front desk was very friendly which is rare in the hotel industry these days! We were there on a VERY cold night and it was obvious the staff was doing the best they could to maintain everyone's comfort. Our friend had an issue with a pipe leak and it was handled promptly and again, with friendliness. Room was in great condition. Pool was nice and larger than most! The breakfast was great as well as the staff attending! We were there simply to get away with our kids for the night which we do a few times per year. We will be back!

Convenient location, on main roads, near 2 restaurants, not too far from highways. A good breakfast, and I loved the info sheet on magnet strip in the room as to when breakfast was busiest, etc, smart idea. We got a king room with half wall dividing bed from living area which had wet bar and fridge, very useful if you are staying a few days. Pool is a good size although not enough working lights overhead and the cord dividing deep from shallow end is tied, not clipped, so lap swimming is not easy. Probably a safety issue with kids around, so I get it. We are coming back, so yes, we thought it a good hotel
